Referendum is only given on demand. Unfortunately,referendum is not in the document we all agreed to guild us. However it can be imputed but, there's a way to go about it which those that seek it knows rightly so.

If the presidency can just remove their EGO and call for a round table talk with all region and religion leaders, We all will see the peace and oneness that meeting will bring to the country. But before then he should show example by arresting those taking anyhow in the North and south.
