Yes because the body of a Christian can be possessed or oppressed by demons not the spirit when you give room to them by certain life style you live. This can be cast you during deliverance session.

No because one who is genuinely born again can't be posses in the spirit where God stays. While the body may be possessed or oppressed by demons at point in life. The spirit on accept one lordship either God spirit or demons and not both at same time.

if you a Christian, filled with the holy spirit and you are not disciplined. you may fall into temptation and the evil spirit can enter you. that you are born again but have evil spirit inside of you before getting born again doesn't mean the evil spirit has left automatically. you still need to walk purely with GOD for it to go permanently.

Even after you are born again, you still have a lot of work to do. Remember we are flesh and our human desires get in the way. So its still very possible to sin and be exposed to the vices of the devil.

The OP said "a born-again" Christian. A born-again should be free from sin and so covered by the blood of the lamb. He or she can't be possessed by demons
