But However, You would experience an unbearable rate of fuel consumption...

My advice is that you remove the Mesh as soon as Possible and replace it as soon as possible...

Overall, it all boils down to you just removing it and avoid the problems it might end up causing

The bolded parts of your statement is not correct and you know it, i understand cat sales is your hustle, but don't peddle falsehood

Majority of cars driving in naija currently got no cats, most cases owners don't even know, terrible mpg can't be as a result of missing cat in singular. Assuming every other thing is perfect with your car system, the absence of only catalyst won't lead to "unbearable rate of fuel consumption"

Which car is this. If you have such significant improvement, you car is likely to have a carbureted engine as the vacuum pull that let in fuel into the engine is reduced due to back pressure from the new catalytic converter.

But for engines with injectors, my Bro you will never see a significant improvement

The only thing your cat will do is reduce emissions and make your car quieter. Even the little fuel improvement you may notice is due to your O2 sensor warning being off so if after using cat and your O2 sensor warning is still on, you may not notice any improvements.
Meanwhile, you may notice bad fuel economy if your catalytic converter is bad, this is due to the fact that your catalytic converter could become clogged over time, filled with debris and rust, and exhaust will become trapped in your car's engine.

If this holds true, what the heck does it have to do with fuel combustion? Sometimes, you guys need to read and study more to avoid falling hook, line and sinker for every tall tale.

Funny people. I've driven a car with catalytic converter that consumes more fuel that another that doesn't have. Poor fuel economy can happen for many reasons. Catalytic converter is not one of them. Be educated. The only thing you'll get with a car with cats on is silence, less smoke and less speed. Ask yourself why sport cars don't have cats in them.

That your trainer deserve hot slap. That trainer that told you cats affect fuel economy. He should be slapped heavily.
You should also educate him. The only time your catalytic converter can affect fuel efficiency is if it's blocked or clogged. I'll leave you to educate yourself on why that will happen. Hopefully you'll also learn the other side of this.
Do you know that a lot of car users even remove their cats intentionally to improve fuel efficiency? Yes, that will burst your head too.
With this kind of training you had now. I pity your customers.
My last 2 cars has no catalytic converter, they were more fuel economical than my present car that has factory fitted cat in it. Meanwhile, my wife's Lexus ES350 has no cats in it yet it's more fuel economical than my car. Infact, I drive her car most times.
And before you ask. I ordered the factory fitted catalytic converter for my 2012 Acura TL directly from Honda website. So no be all those remake that they sell at ladipo. I know my car has fuel efficiency issue but it's not related to catalytic converter in anyway. Hope you have learnt something.

And to answer your question. Most sport cars do not have catalytic in them while others have one that is specifically designed for sport cars. Reason is because catalytic converter reduces speed cuz it reduces a car's horsepower. That doesn't mean those sport cars are not fuel efficient.
