Let's stop deceiving ourselves.

IPOB does not want an Igbo nation, and doesn't give a toss about the Igbo people.

What IPOB wants is the Niger Delta Oil and Gas resources of Nigeria.

Their leader, Nnamdi Kanu, by his own admission WAS OFFERED THE 5 IGBO STATES IN 2017 TO TAKE AS 'BIAFRA' AND HE REFUSED, SAYING HE WANTS THE NIGER DELTA REGION WHERE NIGERIA'S OIL AND GAS FIELDS SIT.

IF HE HAD TAKEN THE 5 IGBO STATES, YOU SEPARATISTS WOULD ALL BE IN YOUR BIAFRA BY NOW.

BUT IPOB's REAL AIM IS TO ANNEX THE NIGER DELTA SO THAT THEY CAN OWN ALL THE NATION'S OIL AND GAS.

NIGERIA OF COURSE SAYS A BIG FAT NO.

Agreeing to it would be suicide for the oil-rich African giant.

Then the IPOB supporters play the game of saying 'Nigerians don't want Igbos to leave'.

But Nigeria has NEVER had a problem with Igbos seceding.

The trouble is they always want to secede with Nigeria's oil and gas resources, not by their own and with their own states alone.

That is where the problem lies.

THEY WANT TO LEAVE WITH THE FAMILY GOLD, CARING NOT IF OTHER NIGERIANS, INCLUDING MILLIONS OF CHILDREN STARVE AND PERISH AS A RESULT.

SELFISH, GREEDY NARCISSISTS WHO WILL NEVER TELL YOU THEIR REAL AGENDA, because it is so ugly, even to them.

I REPEAT: Kanu was offered the 5 Igbo states to take with him as his Biafra and he REFUSED.

The day Kanu rejected that offer was the day Igbo nationhood was sacrificed on a barrel of crude oil.

I can't, because your greedy intent, which is to corner Nigeria's oil and gas resources under the guise of 'Igbo self-determination', never changes.

The personnel might change, eg Ojukwu to Kanu etc, but the intent - to acquire the oil and gas fields of the Niger Delta for the Igbo elite, no matter how many of your dear Igbo masses are killed, remains the same.

Why did Kanu reject the 5 Igbo states as Biafra?

What was his long throat doing looking at the Niger Delta, which produces 90% of Nigeria's crude oil?

What really gets me is the underlying wickedness of the entire Biafra agitation.

If these guys actually get what they want, tens of millions of Nigerians, including children, will literally starve to death.

Why is this never discussed?

The nation relies on oil receipts for over 75% of its foreign exchange earnings.

So if Kanu and IPOB now gain control of those oil fields, what becomes of the other 30 states that have depended on monthly allocations from Abuja to run their states?

Even if you say, let them exploit their natural resources, well, it takes YEARS of investment to actually develop any natural resource to commercially exploitable quantities, especially to the point of replacing oil income.

So, what will happen in between those years?

160 million Nigerians should starve?

What is it exactly that IPOB are saying?

These people are inhuman.

That is not what Kanu said.

''UMUAHIA — THE leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, Wednesday, disclosed that the Nigerian Government offered him Biafra Republic while in Prison with only the five South East States as the components parts but he rejected it.

According to him, he rejected because that did not constitute the complete Biafra, saying that he told them that he wanted a Biafra with Rivers and Benue States inclusive.''

What is his greedy head looking for in Benue State if not money and riches?

''Benue State is blessed with abundant mineral resources. These resources are distributed in the Local Government Areas of the state. Of these mineral resources, only Limestone at Tse-Kucha near Gboko and Kaolinite at Otukpo are being commercially exploited. Other mineral deposits include Baryte, Gypsum, Feldspar, Wolframite, Kaolinite, mineral salts and Gemstone etc.

Natural resources
Benue State is the nation's acclaimed food basket because of its rich agricultural produce which include Yam, Rice, Beans, Cassava, Sweet-potato, Maize, Soybean, Sorghum, Millet, Sesame, cocoyam etc. The state accounts for over 70% of Nigeria's Soybean production.

Agriculture is the mainstay of the economy, engaging over 75% of the state farming population. The State also boasts of one of the longest stretches of river systems in the country with great potential for a viable fishing industry, dry season farming through irrigation and for an inland water highway.''

Southeast Has The Highest Gas Reserve In Africa.

According to department of petroleum resources, Nigeria has about 202 million trillion cubic fit (TCF) natural gas reserve and about 70% are domacile in south east. Their are other unproven gas reserve fields in SE. Currently seplat, nnpc, shell and total jointly (Although their share holding percentages differs) are currently building the largest greenfield gas processing facility in Nigeria in the Assa north-Ohaji egbema 4.3 trillion cubic ft gas field.About 600 million worth of gas will be processed each day.The project is worth about $700 million dollars.

Hmmm, well I disagree with you on that.
Firstly I don't see a scenario where biafra and Nnamdi kanu controls oil Wells if biafra is achieved, with the likes of asari dokubo it's impossible. Secondly, I don't think any state will starve to death if oil producing states keep what they are producing......there are lots of countries in the world that don't produce crude oil and their population aren't starving. Am Yoruba but I support that all regions keep what they're producing, it will force leaders of lagging states to innovate and find ways to generate income for their states.

Shell Discovers 1.5 Trillion Cubic Feet Of Gas In Eastern Nigeria

Nov 27, 2018

Shell says its geoscientists have encountered 1.5Trillion cubic feet of gas and 42 Million barrels of condensate, in shallow and deep reservoirs in the Eastern part of Nigeria.

The revelation came in the course of several technical sessions at the just concluded annual conference and exhibition of the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE),the oil and gas online report said

The report said four well campaign, which utilised the High Temperature/High Pressure rig Hilong 27, was aimed at deep, High Pressure gas targets in the Gbaran -Kolo Creek -Epu field areas, in what is classified as Central Swamp Depobelt of the Niger Delta Basin, to unlock all the reserves that are located deeper than normal hydrostatic pressure on these fields. It ran between 2014 and late September 2018, when the rig was released to the Nigerian Agip Oil Company, a local subsidiary of the Italian giant ENI.

The new discoveries, however span both shallow and deep reservoirs.

“You know how the Niger Delta works. You are targeting deep, but you can encounter new hydrocarbons in the shallow sands in the process,’’it quoted a senior official of the multinational oil company as saying on the side-lines of the NAPE conference. “You are targeting deep, but you can encounter new hydrocarbons in the shallow sands in the process”.

The 1Bscf/d Gbaran Field gas project was already in production before the campaign, but it was only producing in the hydrostatic pressure zones before this campaign.

The new gas will be available to the 22MMTPA (3.5Bscf/d) Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas NLNG Plant in Bonny, also in Eastern Nigeria.

If Biafra (as Kanu envisages it) is achieved, Igbos will be the majority, and whatever Asari Dokubo says or does will be irrelevant.

Secondly, I don't think any state will starve to death if oil producing states keep what they are producing......there are lots of countries in the world that don't produce crude oil and their population aren't starving.

That is because they have other income generating activities that have been in place for decades or more.

Nigerian states do NOT have that, so a sudden withdrawal of monthly allocation from Abuja WILL LEAD TO MASS STARVATION AND ECONOMIC COLLAPSE of every state that currently receives that allocation, apart from (probably) Lagos state.

Am Yoruba but I support that all regions keep what they're producing, it will force leaders of lagging states to innovate and find ways to generate income for their states.

That is a terribly dumb idea.

You cannot just callously withdraw income from millions of people and say ''go find your own way to make money''.

People will STARVE. What part of that does your head not grasp?

Or you think it is ok for millions of children to starve to death?

Any move towards greater independence of the states MUST be a gradual one which does NOT remove income from them, but rather helps them to BUILD their income.

WHEN they have gotten to a point where they are now self-reliant, THEN you can impose measures whereby each state owns its own resource base exclusively.

NNPC, stakeholders target gas revolution in South East

19 October 2020

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Gas Aggregation Company of Nigeria (GACN) and oil and gas stakeholders have revealed plans to harness gas resources to the advantage of the South East.

At least 500 stakeholders, who gathered in Owerri at the weekend to discuss “Natural Gas Utilisation and Optimisation in Nigeria: Focus on the South Eastern Hub”, are aiming to expand gas utilisation in the region using market-based and government frameworks to clear all obstacles to the market’s transition.

Speaking at the event, the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Chief Timipre Sylva, insisted that there was a need for the country to prioritise utilising natural gas resources domestically, especially in the area of jobs creation and economy development.

“Government strongly believes that the South East has a pivotal role to play in Nigeria’s journey towards gas availability, broad utilisation and value optimisation, which is one of the reasons the South East was chosen as the first zone to host this forum,” Sylva said.

According to him, the ministry has made progress in the upgrade of the national gas utilisation framework by adopting and implementing innovative policies and initiatives aimed at positioning natural gas as major driver of the economy.

The minister added that apart from the South East’s natural gas deposit, which would be a useful for energy supply source, the region’s industrial composition provides for Nigeria’s gas market the complementary demand point needed to unlock the market’s potential.

The Federal Government had earlier in the year launched the Development and Operationalisation of The Nigerian Gas Transportation Network Code which guides the use and operations of the Gas Transportation Network system to entrench excellence and best practice in the domestic gas market while impacting positively on the growth and economic development of the country.

It also launched the National Gas Expansion Programme (NGEP), Gas Sector-Wide Review of the Domestic Gas Pricing Framework, the deregulation of downstream petroleum sector as well as the Abuja- Kaduna-Kano (AKK) gas pipeline project.

Group Managing Director of the NNPC, Mele Kyari, who was also at the event, stated that government had consistently taken steps to leverage gas to build a sustainable economy for Nigeria.

Kyari explained that the outcome of the approach was in key gas-based investments that had been made so far by government.

According to him, an example is the imminent completion of the landmark Obiafu-Obrikom-Oben (OB3) gas pipeline project which will help commercialise over two billion cubic feet per day (BCF/D) of gas and generate billions of dollars of new revenue and thousands of employment opportunities as gas volumes that were stranded in the East would be brought to the national and regional markets.

He added that businesses in the South East would benefit from the efforts of the NNPC and GACN to open up the region’s gas market.

He said: “The South East business community is well-placed to key into the Federal Government’s economic development plan to move Nigeria from being a crude oil export-based economy to an attractive oil and gas based industrial economy,” the NNPC chief said.

Chairman of GACN board, Mansur Sadiq Sambo, said the efforts of the body would be beneficial to Nigeria and the region.

The President of Nigerian Gas Association, Audrey Joe-Ezigbo, said emergence of new gas projects in the South East was a welcome development. She stressed that there was a need to rapidly transform the fortunes of the states and the people in region.

The thing about natural gas is that it takes many many years, and billions and billions of dollars to develop the infrastructure that will make your gas competitive on the international market.

That is why so many countries have huge gas reserves, but can't do much with them.

That is why Kanu wants the OIL deposits to the south-south. They can fund the gas infrastructure development. Without the oil money, no hope.

Nigeria and Morocco have recently partnered to build a 30 billion dollar gas pipeline running from Nigeria to Morocco and onwards to Spain, to bring gas to Europe at cheap prices that will make Nigerian gas competitive in price. That project on competition will be a game changer and will effectively set Nigeria up as a major gas exporter, bringing in an extra 20 to 40 billion dollars a year.

South-east Crucial to Nigeria’s Gas Industry Revolution, Says FG

October 20, 2020

The federal government has stated that the five south-eastern states of Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo will be key actors in its push to enthrone gas as a preferred fuel source for Nigeria’s industrialisation.

It said besides the region’s enormous natural gas deposit which would be a useful energy supply source to the country, its industrial composition provides for Nigeria’s gas market complementary demand points to unlock its budding potentials.

The government therefore pledged its support towards efforts by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and the Gas Aggregation Company of Nigeria (GACN) to expand gas utilisation in the region using both market-based and government-backed frameworks to clear existing bottlenecks to the market’s transition.

It said these through the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Chief Timipre Sylva, during a gathering of more than 500 registered participants at the South-east Gas Utilisation Forum recently organised by the GACN in Owerri, Imo State, recently.

A statement from the GACN noted that the forum had its theme as: “Natural Gas Utilisation and Optimisation in Nigeria – focus on the South Eastern Hub,” and it was organised in partnership with the five governors of the region: Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu – Abia; Chief Willie Obiano – Anambra; Engr. Dave Umahi – Ebonyi; Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi – Enugu and Senator Hope Uzodimma of Imo.

Sylva said the forum aligned with the government’s vision, “to see that we as a country prioritise utilising our natural gas resources domestically to create jobs, grow the economy, increase government revenue, attract investments and industrialise the country- all to the benefit of its citizens.”

He further noted that the government, “strongly believes that the South East has a pivotal role to play in Nigeria’s journey towards gas availability, broad utilisation and value optimisation, which is one of the reasons the South East was chosen as the first zone to host this Forum.”

According to him, the ministry of petroleum resources has, “made significant progress in the upgrade of the national gas utilization framework by adopting and implementing innovative policies and initiatives aimed at positioning natural gas as the major fuel and driver of our nation’s economy.”

He said such initiatives included the development and activation of the Nigerian Gas Transportation Network Code to guide the use and operations of the gas transportation network system and the National Gas Expansion Programme (NGEP) designed to reinforce and expand domestic gas utilisation as well as stimulate demand by promoting gas as replacement for imported petrol and diesel.

He also noted the Petroleum Industry Governance Bill (PIGB) which seeks to emplace a robust legal and regulatory framework for Nigeria’s oil industry and elimination of fuel subsidies to save the country foreign exchange through downstream deregulation as the other initiatives of the government in the sector.

The minister noted that the government would stay on course with these initiatives, adding that for the south-east gas utilisation expansion plan, “I have been assured that it will not be a ‘talk shop’ but will set out practical steps to ensure the earliest realisation of the gas-energy requirements of the South East States at the earliest timeline.”

Similarly, the Group Managing Director of the NNPC, Mallam Mele Kyari, in his remarks at the forum, said the government has taken steps to leverage on gas to build a sustainable economy for Nigeria.

Kyari explained that the outcome of such strategic approach is seen in key gas-based investments that have been made so far by the government.

He said the imminent completion of the Obiafu-Obrikom-Oben (OB3) gas pipeline project which will help commercialise over two billion cubic feet per day (bcf/d) of gas and generate new revenue and employment in the east is an example of such investments.
He noted that businesses and industries in the region would benefit immensely from the efforts of the NNPC and GACN to open up its gas market.

“I salute the ingenuity and spirit of enterprise of our South East industrialists and businesses. Evidently, the South East business community is well placed to key into the Federal Government’s economic development plan to move Nigeria from being a crude oil export-based economy to an attractive oil and gas based industrial economy.

“Investment options include gas development, gas infrastructure development, virtual pipeline projects, joint venture partnerships with Nigerian Gas Marketing Company (NGMC) to expand the gas distribution network, gas-to-power, captive or embedded power projects, vehicular CNG projects etc.,” said Kyari who was represented by NNPC’s Chief Operating Officer, Gas and Power, Mr. Yusuf Usman.

Similarly, the Board Chairman of GACN, Mr. Mansur Sadiq Sambo said at the forum that the efforts of the GACN are well-intentioned and would be beneficial to Nigeria and the region.

According to him: “Evidently, the South East is a thriving commercial hub and this GACN initiative and developmental focus is therefore well understood given that GACN’s core mandate is to drive the expansion of gas utilisation in Nigeria.

“We therefore look forward to a long standing and mutually beneficial relationship with the South East business communities and stakeholders consistent with the national economic development agenda of the Federal Government of Nigeria under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari.”

Sambo further assured that the GACN was wholly committed to the growth of the domestic gas market and will continue to interface with all stakeholders in the industry to facilitate the availability and efficient use of gas while also ensuring competitiveness in the market.

Key stakeholders such as the Nigerian Gas Association (NGA) also praised the intentions of the GACN with the forum, stating that the time is ‘right and ripe’.

According to the President of NGA, Mrs. Audrey Joe-Ezigbo, the NGA is very pleased to note the emergence of new gas projects in the South East region in more recent times and expects that GACN’s debottleneck efforts will raise the bar on this.

I WANT TO POINT OUT HERE CERTAIN MISINFORMATION SOME IKWERRE PEOPLE HAVE ABOUT IGBOS HERE.
22 WRONG MICONCEPTION AND WRONG INFORMATION SOME IKWERRE PEOPLE HAVE ABOUT IGBOS AND YOU ARE FREE TO AGREE WITH ME ON THESE 22 FACTS OR DISAGREE AS IT RELATES TO HOW IKWERRE IGBO RELATIONSHIP HAS DEGENERATED WITH TOO MUCH WRONG INFORMATION AND MISCONCEPTION ABOUT IGBOS.

(1) IGBO ARE NOT INTERESTED IN TAKING OVER IKWERRE LAND AND FOR YOUR INFORMATION IGBO LAND IS RICHER THAN IKWERRE LAND IN QUANTITY, QUALITY AND AVAILABILITY OF FERTILE LAND FOR AGRICULTURE, OIL DEPOSIT AND ANY SOLID MINERAL AND COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY AND FOR THESE REASONS IGBO DO NOT WANT TO TAKE IKWERRE LAND FROM YOU.
ESPECIALLY IF IKWERRE IS DEVELOPED TO ITS FULL POTENCIAL AND IGBO IS DEVELOPED TO ITS FULL POTENTIAL WITHOUT THE CORRUPT LEADERSHIP THAT DRAGES EVERYBODY DOWN IN NIGERIA AND IN SOUTHERN NIGERIA. AFTER IJAW NATION IGBOS HAVE THE SECOND LARGEST OIL AND GAS DEPOSIT, EXPLORATION, SUPPLY AND EXTRACTION RIGHT NOW IN NIGERIA.
IGBOS HAVE NEVER TALKED ABOUT THEIR OIL AND GAS POTENTIAL LIKE YOU GUYS DO. IGBOS HAVE MORE THAN 30 LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS IN IMO STATE, ABIA STATE, ANABRA STATE THAT HAVE HUGE OIL AND GAS DEPOSIT NOT TO TALK OF IGBOS IN DELTA, AKWA IBOM AND CROSS RIVER STATE, BUT IKWERRE HAS ONLY FOUR LOCAL GOVERNEMT AREAS AND IT SEEMS THAT IKWERRE PEOPLE FORGET THAT IGBOS HAVE MORE OIL AND GAS 100 TIMES OVER THAN WHAT IKWERRE HAS BUT YOU GUYS DONT EVEN THINK LIKE THAT AND ALL I HEAR IS HOW IGBOS WANT TO TAKE OVER IKWERRE LAND BECAUSE OF OIL AND GAS - WHAT A BALLONY.

(2) NOW, THE IS ANOTHER MISCONCEPTION AMONG THE IKWERRE PEOPLE I HAVE MET, THAT SOMETIMES I DO NOT UNDERSTAND MAYBE BECAUSE THE IKWERRE PEOPLE HAVE NOT REALLY GONE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THEIR NEIGHBOURS IGBOS AND IJAWS OR AT LEAST LEARN OR GO TO IGBOLAND AND IJAW LAND TO DISPROVE SOME MISCONCEPTION ABOUT IGBOS AND IJAWS. JUST LIKE A LOT OF IGBOS LIKE MYSELF AND MANY MORE HAVE TRAVELLED TO IKWERRE LAND AND GIVE EAR TO THEIR STORY AND LISTEN TO THEM AND JUST LIKE I TRAVEL AND LISTEN TO OTHER TRIBES AND GROUPS IN NIGERIA TO LEARN AD UNDERSTAND THEM AND KNOW ABOUT THEIR POTENTIAL. ALSO THEY ARE IGBOS AND IJAWS TOO WHO HAVE NOT TRIED ENOUGH TO HEAR THE STORIES AND PAIN OF OUR SMALL NEIGHBOURS AND THAT IS WRONG TOO. BUT A LOF OF IKWERRE PEOPLE DO NOT WANT TO UNDERSTAND WERE THY IGBOS ARE COMING FROM.

(3) YOU WROTE- OKACHIKWU DIBIA QUOTE " What our sworn enemies should do is not to be jealous about our economic location, rather they should accept us for what we say we are and work with us as friendly equals. Afterall Igbos who survived slavery and Arochukwu cleansing and decided to remain in Ikwerre are there in Ikwerreland and doing well. We rescued them and have taken care of them. Those few Ikwerre people that supported Igbo in suppressing and victimising Ikwerre are just a few Judases in Ikwerre. We know them very well. Ikwerre will forever remain Ikwerre until we get superior historical, sociological and economic evidences to show otherwise." UNQUOTE OKACHIKWU DIBIA

QUESTION FOR NUMBER (3)
WHY DO SOME IKWERRE PEOPLE (FEW OR MANY IT DOES NOT MATTER) SUPPORT IGBOS AND CLAIM THAT THEY ARE IGBOS AS OPPOSED TO YOU AND OTHER IKWERRE (FEW OR MANY IT DOES NOT MATTER), AND WHAT IS YOUR LONG TERM SOLUTION TO THIS DIVID IN IKWERRE LAND - AND WHAT COMPROMISE DO YOU THINK YOU CAN ARRIVE AT WITH THESE OTHER IKWERRES PEOPLE WHO HAVE SAID THAT THEY ARE IGBOS AND SUPPORT IGBO CAUSE.

(4) I HAVE BEEN AROUND MANY IKWERREE PEOPLE BOTH IN NIGERIA, RIVER STATE, IKWERRE LAND AND ABROAD AND I AM SHOCKED AND IN DISBELIEF THE LITTLE IKWERRE PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THEIR NEIGHBOURS AND I WONDER WHAT IS CAUSING THESE MISINFORMATION AMONG IKWERRE PEOPLE, AND IT HAS MADE A LOF IKWEWRRE PEOPLE NOT KNOWING THE CORRECTS FACTS ABOUT IGBOS OF SOUTH EAST.
.

(5) IKWERRE IN RIVER STATE IS ONLY 4 (FOUR) LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS AND YOU STATED IT HERE ALSO, BUT DO YOU KNOW THAT THE CORE IGBO STATE IN SOUTH EAST HAS ABOUT 104 (ONE HUNDRED AND FOUR) LOCAL GOVERMENT AREAS AND WHEN YOU ADD IGBO LOCAL GOVERMENT IN DELTA STATE WHICH IS 7 LGA IN ADDITION TO IGBO POPULATION IN AKWA IBOM, CROSS RIVER, BENUE STATE BORDER IGBO COMMUNIITES AND KOGI STATES BORDER IGBO COMMUNITIIES IT WILL BE MORE BUT LETS LEAVE THOSE FOR ANOTHER DAY.
(CORE SOUTH EAST STATE IMO STATE HAS 27 LGA, ABIA STATE HAS 24 LGA, ENUGU HAS 17 LGA, ANAMBRA 22 LGA AND EBONYI HAS 14 LGA FOR A TOTAL OF 104 LOCAL GOVERNEMENT AREAS.) IN SOUTH EAST OF ZONE OF NIGERIA.

(6) YOU KNOW THAT IGBOS HAVE THE SECOND LARGEST OIL AND GAS EXPLORATION AND DEPOSIT IN NIGERIA AFTER IJAWS AND YOU CAN NEVER HEAR IGBOS TALK ABOUT THEIR OIL WEALTH OR RICH DEPOSIT, BECAUSE SOME OF THE RICHEST COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD TODAY DO NOT HAVE ANY RAWS MATERIAL OR OIL DEPOSIT, INFACT NO NATURAL DEPOSIT OF WEALTH EXAMPLES ARE JAPAN, SOUTH KOREA, SWITZERLAND ETC. BUT RATHER HUMAN CAPACITY AND HUM RESOURCES IS THEIR WEALTH. IGBOS NEVER TALK OF HOW OUR LAND IS SO RICH AND WEALTHY, BUT IKWERRE PEOPLE SINGS IT LIKE A SONG KNOWING FULLY WELL THAT IGBOS HAVE OIL, MORE GAS, MORE DEPOSIT AND MORE FERTILE AGRICULTURAL LAND, BUT YOU PORTRAY IGBOS AS ONLY INTERESTED IN TAKING PORTHARCOURT BEFORE IGBOS CAN BECOME RICH - WHAT A FALLACY. WE ARE RICH BUT WE DONT TALK ABOUT IT AS FAR AS OUR BROTHERS AND NEIGBHBOURS IKWERRE ARE CONCERN.

(7) DO YOU KNOW THAT HALF OF IMO STATE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS 13 OUT OF 27 LOCAL GOVERMENT AREAS IN IMO STATE ARE OIL AND GAS PRODUCING AREAS IN LARGE COMMERCIAL QUANTITY IN EXPLORATION, DEPOSIT AND PRODUCTION, ABIA STATE HAS 13 OUT OF 23 LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS WHICH HAS OIL AND GAS PRODUCING IN COMMERCIAL QUANTITIES IN EXPLORATION, DEPOSIT AND PRODUCTION, ANAMBRA BASIN ALONG THE RIVER NIGER UPLAND ON BOTHS SIDES OF THE RIVER NIGER BANK AND IN OGBARU, ONITSHA, IGBORIAM AREAS ETC, COVERING ABOUT 9 LOCAL GOVERNEMT AREAS IN ANAMBRA STATE HAVE PROVEN STORED AND RESERVED DEPOSIT OF LARGE QUANTITIES OF OIL AND GAS IN ADDTION TO THE 7 IGBO LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS OF DELTA STATE (ASABA ANIOMA AREAS) WITH PROVEN DEPOSIT OF LARGE QUANTITIES OF OIL AND GAS BUT IGBOS DO NOT TALK ABOUT THIS.

(cool ALSO, THE LARGE COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL AND BUSINESS TOWNS OF ONITSHA, NNEWI, ABA, OKIGWE, ABAKALIKI IN ADDITION TO OUR ADMINISTRATIVE, BUSINESS AND POLITICAL CAPITALS LIKE OWERRI, ENUGU, UMUAHIA, AFRIKPO AND AWKA GIVES IGBOS GREAT LEG UP TO BE A VIBRANT GROWTH POTENTIAL NATION IF IT HAPPENES THAT NIGERIA BREAK OR IF NIGERIA AND IGBO NATION CAN PRODUCE GOOD LEADERS LIKE DR. MICHAEL OKPARA AND DR. AZIKIWE AGAIN TO UNLEASH THESE POTENTIALS.. WE ALSO HAVE TWO VERY VIBRANT AIRPORTS (ENUGU AND OWERRI) AND READY FOR EXPANSION TO INTERNATIONAL TRAVELS AND CARGO IN ADDITION TO ONITSHA AIRPORT ON THE DRAWING BOARD AND THE ASABA ALMOST READY AIRPORT. THESE INFRASTRUCTURES AND RESOURCES MAKES IGBO A RICH PEOPLE BUT IGBOS DO NOT SAY THAT AND OUR DETRACTORS DO NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT IGBOS AND WHAT WE HAVE BECAUSE THEY HEAR ONLY NEGATIVE THINGS ABOUT IGBOS.

(9) ON EDUCATION AND HEALTH CARE - ALL THE 5 CORE IGBO STATES IN THE SOUTH EAST HAVE ONE FEDERAL UNIVERSITY AND IN ADDITION EACH HAVE ONE STATE UNIVERSITY AND 3 EACH OTHER INSTITUTION OF HIGHER LEARNING AND EACH STATE IN SOUTH EAST HAVE ONE MEDICAL SCHOOL EACH AND ONE TEACHING HOSPITAL EACH. AND EACH STATE IN SOUTH EAST HAVE AT LEAST 3 ACREDITTED PRIVATE UNIVERSITY OR PRIVATE INSTITUION OF HIGHER LEARNING IN IGBOLAND AS WE SPEAK RUN BY PRIVATE IGBOS EDUCATORS AND BUSINESS PEOPLE.

(10) SOME PARTS OF IGBOLAND ARE VERY FERTILE AND PRODUCTIVE IN FOOD PRODUCTION LIKE THE AFIKPO, ABAKALIKI, NKALAGU AREAS, IGBORIAM, UZOUWANI, OGBARU, NKANU, BENDE, ISUKWUATO AREAS AND FARM SETTLEMENT AREAS THAT STILL PRODUCES LARGE QUANTTITIES OF RICE, BEANS AND CORN ETC AS WE SPEAK TODAY.

(11) IGBOS WILL DO WELL AND SURVIVE WITH OIL AND GAS AND OTHER RESOURCES IN COMMERCIAL AND EXPORT MARKET IN IGBOLAND LIKE COAL, CEMENT, LIME STONE, STEEL ETC. IGBOS WILL DO QUITE WELL WHEN ALL THEIR RESOURCES ARE USED AND ORGANIZED WELL. EXAMPLE IGBO WILL BE AN OIL PRODUCING NATION IF NIGERIA BREAKS.

(12) OIL/GAS AND ENERGY SUPPLY:
IJAW TRIBE HAVE BY FAR THE LARGEST RESERVE DEPOSIT AND OUTPUT OF OIL AND GAS IN NIGERIA TODAY AND THEY CAN SURVIVE EASILY BUT ALSO IGBOS TRIBE ARE SECOND IN TERMS OF RESOURCES IN OIL AND GAS, RESERVE AND OUTPUT IN OIL AND GAS IN NIGERIA TODAY.

(13) IGBOS HAVE THE SECOND LARGEST RESERVE DEPOSIT AND OUTPUT OF OIL AND GAS IN NIGERIA. IGBOS HAVE ENOUGH OIL AND GAS TO MAKE IGBO NATION AN OIL PRODUCING COUNTRY WITH OIL AND GAS IN ABIA STATE, IMO STATE, IGBO PART OF RIVER STATE, IGBO PART OF DELTA STATE AND WITH THE LARGE DISCOVERY AND RESERVE DEPOSIT OF OIL AND GAS IN THE NIGER RIVER BASIN AXIS OF (ONITSHA/OGBARU/ASABA, OGUTA) AXIS AND UP NORTH ALONG TWO SIDES OF RIVER NIGER UP WITH ABUNDANT RESERVES OF OIL AND GAS AS KNOWN SO FAR.

(14) IGBOS ALSO HAVE THE LARGE DEPOSIT OF COAL ENERGY WHICH WILL EARN IGBOS HUGE AMOUNT OF CAPITAL WHEN WELL HARNESSED ALONG THE ABAKALIKI, ENUGU, NKALALGU AND AFRIKPO AXIS FOR ENERGY SUPPLY AND EXPORT MARKET.

(15) IGBOS ALSO HAVE LARGE COMMERCIAL DEPOSIT OF CEMENT AND LIME STONE ALONG THE ABAKALIKI, ENUGU, NKALALGU AND AFRIKPO AXIS FOR CONSTRUCTION AND EXPORT.

(16) IGBOS HAVE LARGE DEPOSIT OF CERAMIC AND CLAY IN OKIGWE, MBANO, MBAISE, UMUAHIA AND NGWA AREAS IN COMMERCIAL QUANTITY AND BEING EXTRACTED USED ALL ALONG IN IGBOLAND AND OTHER PARTS OF NIGERIA. .

(17) RIGHT NOW COMMERCIAL CHICKEN FARMS, FISH FARMS AND COMMERICAL ANIMAL FARMING IS ON GROUND AND FLORISHING IN IMO STATE, AFIKPO, ENUGU, UMUAHIA, OKIGWE ETC.

(18) AGRICULTURAL RESOURCES WILL DO WELL IN IGBOLAND WITH HUGE AND ARABLE AND PRODUCTIVE LANDS IN THESE AREAS OF AFIKPO, OHAOZARA, ABAKALIKI, ENUGU, OKIGWE, ISUKWUATO, OGBARU, IGBOARIAM, BENDE, UMUHHIA AXIS FOR MECHANIZED AND EFFICIENT AGRICULTURAL PROGRAM LIKE THE ISREALIS ARE DOING TODAY.
MR. OKACHIKWU DIBIA, WITH THE ABOVE FACTS, YOU CAN SEE THAT IGBOS ARE VERY VERY RICH IN TERMS OF HUMAN, MATERIAL, RAW MATERIAL, YOUTH AND ADULT CALCULATION OF WEALTH AND WITH THESE IKWERRE CANNOT MEASURE UP AT ALL BUT IGBOS DO NOT SAY OR TALK ABOUT THESE, BECAUSE LIKE SAID EARLIER THE RICHES COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD DO NOT HAVE OR AND THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE FERTILE LAND FOR ANY THING.

(19) LOOK AT THE MOVIE INDUSTRY (NOLLYWOOD), MUSIC, ENTERTAINMENT, AND SPORTS AREAS IN NIGERIA AND IN DIASPORIA AND YOU SEE THAT IGBOS HAVE A CAMPARABLE ADVANTAGE BUT WE DO NOT TALK ABOUT IT TO TAKE OVER OUR NEIGHBOURS.

(20) CORE 5 IGBO STATE GOVERNEMENT GENERATES INTERNAL REVENUE LARGE ENOUGH AND CORE IGBO 5 STATE GETS IT SHARE OF MONEY FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT REVENUE SHARING, AND WITH SUCH HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY GOING TO CORE IGBO SOUTH EAST FROM OIL AND GAS ROYALTIES, INTERNAL GENERATED FUNDS, OTHER SOURCES, WE ARE RICHER THAN A LOT OF COUNTIRES LIKE KENYA, GHANA AND RICHER THAN A LOT OF COUNTRIES IN SOUTH AMERICA, ASIA, EUROPE ETC. IF NIGERIA RESOURCES IS WELL MANAGED AND EACH STATE IS WELL MAMAGED.

(21) IGBO POPULATION IS CONSERVATIVELY BETWEEN 35 MILLION TO 50 MILLION WORLD WIDE AND WITH WHAT WE HAVE WE ARE RICH IF WE HARNESS OUR RESOURCES VERY WELL

(22) FINALLY, IGBOS POPULATION IN LARGE NUMBERS HAVE COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, IMPORT, EXPORT AND ADMINISTRATIVE PRESENSE IN MAJOR CITIES OF NIGERIA, AFRICA, AMERICA, EUROPE, CHINA, LIKE LAGOS, ABUJA, KANO, KADUNA, IBADAN, BENIN CITY, RIVER STATE, SOKOTO, BENIN REPUBLIC, TOGO, IVORY COAST, GHANA, WEST AFRICAN COASTT, SOUTHERN AFRICAN COAST AND ALL OF AFRICA, IN ADDTION TO HUGE PRESENCE OF IGBOS IN AMERICA, EUROPE AND GIVES US HUGE ADVANTAGE FOR WEALTH CREATION AS WE PUT THINGS RIGHT BUT IGBOS DO NOT TALK ABOUT HOW RICH WE ARE SO THAT WE CAN TAKE OVER IKWERRE LAND OR ANY OTHER LAND.

.
THANKS

SELFISH GREEDY NARCISSISTS WHO WILL NEVER TELL YOU THEIR REAL OBJECTIVE.

I REPEAT: Kanu was offered the 5 Igbo states to take with him as his Biafra and he REFUSED.

The day Kanu rejected that offer was the day Igbo nationhood was sacrificed on a barrel of crude oil.

This is one reason among many reasons not every goon is qualified to bear Biafran citizen or Republic of Igboland citizenship. Besides scooping crude oil from accidental spillage from the drilling sites or crude oil pipe sabotage, Ijaw have no significant sign of benefit of crude oil. Only a delusional nitwit thinks Igboland is limited to the freaking five states created by the enemies of Ndigbo.

Nobody created five states to 'limit' any ethnic group.

Nobody attached an ethnicity to any state.

If Benue state and Rivers are Igbo majority states, there will be no argument. They would simply be identified as the 6th, 7th Igbo states etc.

They're not because they are not Igbo, and you cannot go claiming what is not yours out of greed for natural resources and think everyone will be too intimidated by your narcissistic bullcrap to call you out on your fcking bullshiit.

How about I tell you IPOB is anti-Igbo and pro-South-South. IPOB prefer that the SE is relegated so that the SS takes Igbo presence in the federal. IPOB prefer the SE remains the same while the SS retains the disputed oil wells between both. IPOB prefers to vote in GEJ a SS than support an Umahi for Presidency.

How about I tell you that IPOB wants the SE to burn so that the SW/SS benefits from the economic dearth of Igboland.

Above crap does not demand a response. If Rivers State had just a village of Igbo, why did creator states declare Igbo properties in Port Harcourt as abandoned? Igbo people vacated Aba, Enugu, Umuahia, Nsukka and Abakaliki. a person wonders why Igbo properties were not declared abandoned by the creator of the states in Nigeria? it is the height of idiocy to remotely insinuate ethnicity was not a factor in creation of moronic states in the shithole called Nigeria.

Now THAT would be one hell of a craftily executed conundrum. wink

These days nothing is inconceivable, as far as man's propensity for the devious.

It goes without saying.

All agitations for secession as well as the oppposition to such secession lives and dies on who controls the oil/access to oil.

Nothing to do with persecution, etc.
