Can you show me SE line up against Cape Verde in Lagos and Benin away?
mostob:
You mean you'll move iwobi to the wing so you can accommodate underperforming Aribo alongside Ndidi and play your most clinical forward as a ten? Wait, shey na akpu the like of Ejuke and Henry come sell for SE? grin grin

You people should just drop this argument. Until we get a better no 10, Iwobi no dey go anywhere.

What is iwobi doing in camp or did ekong mix today's vlog with old clips?

Looks like we've lost Olise to Algeria like Humility33 said.
How disappointing sad sad sad
What are we paying Rohr for sef? He should've been hounding this guy with his French connection.

Am still waiting for Olise to come out and clarify the public. If he really choose Algeria, then the agent didn't play us. Rather it was Olise that played us

I think players should be the one clamouring to represent a country and not a country clamouring for a player's acceptance..

What does this oliseh have that we don't have in iwobi, aribo and co?

BascoVanVeli:

What does that even mean? What would he ask Victor to do that Taiwo can't do? U act like Taiwo doesn't play almost the same way. Osimhen is more physically gifted but it is basically the same thing. Taiwo can press relentlessly and make the same selfless runs that Osimhen makes. He can dribble and also create. We seem to that he was our darling striker before his goals dried up causing him to miss the Olympics. He was on top of the world until his form dropped. Now that the goals are there I can't honestly point at a weakness. He was always good at everything but he was too wasteful.

No shades to Awoniyi, but he is nowhere near Osimhen's level.

He is not as fast. He is better at finishing, but he doesn't bully defenders. His press is not as good as Osimhen's. He is also very static.

Na true people talk about so many people being emotional here.

We all agreed we needed one or two addition to up our ante in the midfield but because of a small rumour that is unverified for now, we done de talk say 'what can he bring that others cannot'.

Make una chillax abeg. If the rumour is true, fine if it is not, then fine, we no go kill ourselves, we go manage wetin we get till we get additional people wey go get us going.

But Rohr should have smartly done this
Loosing him to france and England was okay not Algeria haba

We had everything at our disposal
I have always said this the best time to cap this guys is prior they hit the limelight
You entice them with call ups and first team football. You give them exception base on their prospects and how well the team needs an AM, CM etc for an example like we did with Iwobi and Maduka

You have no idea what's the meaning of headhunt in professional cycles where companies hunt and entice talents

Gone are the days you allow this pride sucks into you, clubs scouts national teams scout too
How do u think he opted for Algeria Because they made a move qnd pressed further than we did

You need to act smart if you really wanna build a strong team

Sorry to say this like Chriskels said most foreign kids from SE and SW barely opt for Nigeria when they hit the spotlight in football. Just don't know why....see many of them now dreaming to playfor England even when it is obvious that they stand no chance

Wish we had this Olise our AM issues would have been solved and we can now concentrate on building other departments

You're asking me where do i want him to get money to offset the coach salary
Damn!

Italian league is too easy for Anguissa

He didn't struggle in EPL either, he just wasn't noticed playing alongside Lemina and RLC. If na midfield, atm I think Africans or players with African origin has been better in the past few years (8 years). We're only struggling at the flanks, with Mane being exceptional.

I'm not saying we shouldn't reach out.

But when we've reached out and the players decide to go with their head or minds whichever they choose, we should let them be and continue searching for others.

Not whining on what should have been.

Regarding the bold, if true, that should be a lesson to the team's out in further pursuit.

But if he is gone, he should go and not we bashing him and asking what would he have added if he were to join our team.

I disagree they are still all prospects and I don’t think we should tolerate any player playing mind games with our national integrity.
With or without him we will be fine.
