Meaningless as far as an adult can get multiple Sims, it's either a parent gets it for their children or the child's adult boyfriend gets it for her for their easy communication. Nigerian leaders are so dumb that a 7year old can easily beat their laws nrexzy: |

Below 18 can't get SIM cards but Northern leaders can marry young girls of 16 years. |

Need to drop archaic means of achieving an end. NCC don't be lazy. Your system can actually make way for a child that is below 18. The moment the age has been detected to be below it, and advanced setup from a dropdown will pull up a form that an adult or a person of age will cover or guarantee or take responsibility for such a minor's registration. |

I don't think Nigeria is still a secular nation. Kids 16 yrs and below live away from their wards in schools how do parents communicate with their children in schools or everyday life? Mummy and daddy are at work or market, first child is at home 15 with the younger ones. When there is emergency, what then happens? And our so called representatives are there looking for more money when the rights of their future generations are taken away from them in bold daylight. No matter how I look at it, Nigeria will never be the same again. |

Mynd44: That just resolves the matter. The guardian should register the line and hand it over, and be responsible for whatever is done with the line. Its not too complicated. 1 Like |

Spot on..!!! . quote author=Mynd44 post=106495179] The parent/guardian can get a SIM card, register said SIM under the adult's name and give to the child/ward. And since the parent/guardian is responsible for the underaged, the parent/guardian issues responsibility for the actions done with the SIM [/quote] |
