I want to know, if any other teacher at the school can sign the form, cos they dont have an assistant HM!

Discuss this with the teachers there and the head teacher can sign it for you on her behalf.

When you upload the first one, it will show successful, then u will see re upload acceptance letter, click on it and upload the second letter.

You will see where they wrote apply for redeployment at your left upwards, click on it and you will see PPAs available at your area then you will upload the two letters there and choose your new ppa from the available PPAs provided. Once that is done you can submit and wait for approval

When will they approve our redeployment? My redeployment status is still reading PENDING. How long will it take to approve it? I hope it won't affect our stipend at the end of the month.

Mine as well wasn't stamped
At health center where they posted me the woman only sign and have uploaded it that way.
perhaps that's how she has been signing even the previous batch

Or the school would need to draft an acceptance letter?
Please help answer this, I really need to get things sorted out today.

Print another copy of downloaded letter. Just use pen to cross the name of the former school and write the name of the new school. After signing, u will upload the two. Both the rejected one and the accepted one.

Monday this week, they said she was hospitalized and they gave me her number. I called, she was harsh towards me actually, saying we just want to get our letter signed and not work, that she would reject me.
That I should come Wednesday or thursday. Thank God I called a teacher yesterday, he said she ain't in school, today, the same story. I have been calling, she ain't picking. And the teachers seems scared of her, saying they can't sign for me.
What do I do now?
