I just couldn't think of anything for dinner. Ransacked the freezer and found pepper, dry fish, ponmo, sausage and left over air fried fish. And voila, potato and plantain porridge is ready.

RnB with azu mangala sauce with a sprinkle of ugu leaves for the chairman and for me I went for amora (jos people will know it better),used the rest of ugu for it.
