I ordered these two tools from Abuja but they’re not here yet so I had to calculate the holes. It worked out but these tools would make future ones a no brainer.

It's the cut hole that I gave to my tiler to install. He had to remove the previous broken one that he had there.

Nice. Can’t wait to see the completed house. Are those tiles for the bathroom? If not, what area is shown in that picture?

It’s the wash hand basin area in one of the junior en-suites.

Living on site affords me the visibility to observe my artisans and identify where good tools will assist them on my project.

2.how possible is it for this type of window to have mosquito net since both windows open outwards

1) I made a personal decision to reduce the size of the windows based on how I envisioned using the space.

2) The nets for casement windows are inside.

I don’t track expenses on this build as it’s my personal residence. It’s up to 4” thick in most areas.
