Resign over what? Please explain it because I don't get this resignation noise.

Just two or three more erudite leaders like VP Yemi Osinbajo, and Africa will be on the path to greatness.

Seriously, global investment in clean energy need to go into Africa especially Nigeria instead of prioritising efforts to redirect global capital to our nations, efforts are currently underway to limit the development of gas project.

In Nigeria now, the ESP chairs by the VP has a tool called solar power Naija, first if it kind that is targeted at those who are not connected to the national grid, installation of 5 milion solar energy to cater for 25 million households. If investment is gotten in this aspect, job would be created directly and indirectly.

Is it not what the "REA" are trying to do or is it a different project entirely?

I don't expect anything from him as president, the north knows how to box him in his political correctness cell

Only if you could point at any vice president since 1999 that has performed better than him, or another one who was given more power to carry out executive functions more than Osibanjo.

The solar power Naija is an initiative of Osinbajo's NESP, the team uses REA to execute solar project.

The solar electrification by the Osinbajo-led ESP encourages a Net zero emission of which installations have been ongoing in various communities in Nigeria.

The Vice president has always been vocal on this topic even before now. He has said that western countries should not use Africa as pawn and advocated for equitable and just transition that won't leave Africa as a continent behind in this development.
I love the warm reception the vice president received by students and staffs of the imperial collage London.

Africa's energy challenges are immense. Power shortages diminish the Africa's growth by 2-4 percent a year, holding back efforts for industrialization and poverty reduction. In addition, despite a decade of growth, the power generation gap between Africa and the western world is widening by the day. I also want to commend prof. Osinbajo for his courage for speaking out on the challenges of zero emissions target in africa.

I appreciate this advocate for the masses in solar-powered electricity which is already ground been managed by the Rural Electrification Agency of Nigerian. I am not surprised he has taken the message to global stakeholders to ensure a clean energy environment for Nigerians.

Nigeria also has a need to bring energy access to scores of million Nigerians and lift 100m out of poverty

This will be a huge development for the country.
