It's all about education about 70% are illiterate. Let me give you a example look at United States of America when Donald Trump became president in America we Nigerians was number 7 African in employment in America next thing we go vote for 3 Nigeria senators in America old is Joe Biden and we are now number 11 Africa in employment in America . It is only an illiterate which goes and vote for his condition to become worse. Under George Bush Nigeria's one right number 3 African in America in employment. .
So Donald Trump was a good leader?
You can indeed take the black African from the jungle, but his/her reasoning will always be that of the jungle.

USA govt rather told them to use that of USA, western Europe or SA. SA attracts a lot of foriegners in their health care and education. Guy, SA no be our mate at all..
Nigeria's health care system both private and public are dead.

Private health care in Nigeria is also wack.. So, there was no bases for such comparative analyses.. A health care comprises of both public and private for any country.

In Nigeria, u may have just one or two a bit functioning well to do private health facility in a state capital... That can't be refered to as doing well. Nigeria has terrible health care abeg.. SA no be our mate for that side at all.

Charles Awuzie: Religion in Nigeria Feasts On Poverty And Lack Of Functional Systems In The Country (Photo)

Charles Awuzie, a Nigerian Cyber security expert based in South Africa has stated that religion in Nigeria thrives on poverty and lack of functional systems in Nigeria, IgbereTV reports.

Taking to his Facebook page, he compared the health service he got in South Africa to what is obtainable in Nigeria.

Religion and poverty destroyed Nigeria.
Religion imposes poverty on northern region of Nigeria.
Poverty drives the most educationally disadvantaged Northern Nigeria to aspire to lead Nigeria all the time, in order to control the rich resources of the southern regions.

Leadership by the least educated north implies poverty for all. Poverty breeds secessionist groups. That fear of poverty makes northern leaders deploy military forces against dissenters; the military forces kill civilians and destroy the places they were deployed.
That fuels more secessionist moves. The cycle continues.

Let's be serious when i went to police officer is telling you not to come to the police station in Lagos it is not safe to report any crime. The police did some job for me I was supposed to pay them some money which was over 50k he was telling me not to come to the police station and give him the money it is not safe the other police officers cars can hire people to take the money from him and do that to him. This is in the police station in festac Lagos so if police station is no more safe how do you want the ambulance to be travelling up and down.

You are trying very hard for someone to comment on your grammar! grin cheesy

There is nothing wrong with black people.

The thing is

1.A white man earns a salary, and the money is for him and him alone. A black man earns a salary, and the money is for him, his brother and sisters, his cousins, etc...because we have to help our family, you know...putting stress on people.

Many health care workers are 'misbehaving'..on top of the stress they get at work, they have stress from their families.

2.White people pay taxes at a high rate. Like in the UK, they pay income tax, council tax (except students), etc. Black people don't pay as much tax in black dominated countries...which means limited funds for health care . White people also pay something called health insurance...at very high rates.

3.White people live in industrial countries. Most black people live in resource dependent countries. The difference is that industrial countries sell industrial goods whose prices are controlled by the makers. Black people sell raw materials, and buy imported goods at high rates.

4.White people pay for power at very high rates...same for petrol...and thus have a functioning power sector. Most black people pay subsidsed power...from the revenue that , as said in no 3, comes from selling raw materials...which cannot cover the resulting losses...so bad power , bad refinereis, more money wasted importing.

The reason why South African ambulances respond quickly has less to do with religion and more to do with the fact that South Africa has paid for such a service.

Nigeria does not have quick ambulance response times because we do not pay for such services. Our income from taxes is low, our income from oil money is low, and our government hospitals are all subsidsed, meaning they cannot make enough of a profit to pay for such servicies

There was a country called the Soviet union. It was an atheist country, run by atheists. By the final decade of its existence, its health care was a mess compared to the USA....because the health care system was not allowed to make enough money or be innovative enough to make enough money. By contrast, the USA was very religious, and had a good health care system...because enough taxes, private income, etc...enough money was being paid into it.

For Nigeria to have something up to SA standard , we probably would have to tax everyone....ie cattle herders, farmers, hawkers, market people, casual workers, office workers, self employed, etc...at least one third of their national income, and even then we may not make enough. We would have to let the health system be more profit oriented than it is, and we would have to run a diversified economy...not this one where we rely on just oil.

But the thing is, we won't do it. We would rather blame religion. Well, the Soviets got rid of religion from their decision making, and it sure helped them..not. People make bad decisons all the time., irrespective of their beleif system or lack thereof.

Just want us to know that you are in SA. As if there are no places in SA where you will call ambulance and they will not respond in time? As if there are no better places in Nigeria too. And I don't even know why you are dragging religion into this? Incase you care to know South Africans are more religious than Nigerian, go to airport anytime T.B Joshua church is having program and see the number of South Africans trooping into the country.

let me say prestisibly, that's as quickly as possible

That the only thing working in Nigeria is corruption, as a result every other sector won't work because of this

Religion in Nigeria is just another branch of corruption in the country... and its regrettable lugubrious that a vast majority of Nigerians have been brainwashed to believe Religion is the only answer to Nigeria problem

waiting for Nigeria to get better without dividing the country is like filling a basket with water and expecting it to get filled up soon

There's no unity in the country and i don't see how we can achieve anything better with the way things are, because we are more divided against each other more than ever before, and a nation divided amongst itself cannot achieve anything

my humble opinion though...

Ur 100% correct Sir. U have earned my respect Sir...

Not to be sentimental, but it takes a well organised settlement for these kinds of things to work. But the mannerism in which Nigerians build, encroaching into road networks is one of the reasons things like these won't work.
And for it to work also, an emergency service like NEMA needs to be located at every 10Km provided there is good road networks

Black South Africans have managed to own 30% of SA industry in 27 years of democracy. That's larger than the Kenyan economy. The target is to double that over the next decade and a half. These are FACTS and not your wishful thinking.

BBC is Black Business Council.

It's the plain truth sir, religion may not be the outright cause of our problem, but instead of being a step to solving our problem, it has made it worse... Outside corruption what else is doing well in this country if not religion (a branch of corruption itself)

Education zero
Health Zero
Production Zero
Sports Zero

We can go on and on and on

For those who have been busy talking trash that religion has nothing to do with our problem are just one out of many that have been brain washed

I believe there's God but God has done everything for us, we have ourselves to blame
