2. No need to notarize the appeal letter, it’s only sponsorship letter they require you to notarize.

The information below was the reason and I don't know exactly what that means. I have sent my transcript and other documents

In the qualification proceedings to the afore-mentioned programme, based on the regulation
contained in the Annex 1 to Resolution No 578 of the Senate of the University of Warsaw, candidates
to the first year if studies in the programme Physics (Studies in English), full-time, second cycle,
academic profile were admitted on the basis of results achieved during the completed first-cycle of
studies and confirmation of competences to undertake studies conducted in English language.
Lack of a scan of a signed declaration containing the result of self-performed recruitment
points calculations caused that the Canddiate could not be qualified for studies.
Mr INNOCENT obtained 0 (zero) points in the recruitment
proceedings.
In this factual and legal situation, the Rector of the University of Warsaw could not issue
another decision than the refusal of admission to studies.

.actually he doesn't need an agent for it.i did mine myself. When some certain things aren't clear, we are to ask questions. The above doc he was supposed to upload was described by the faculty. I myself was confused the first time I saw it,until I understood it and did it. U can only appeal if the admission has not reached 14days.it was stated on the decision letter.
