Good day Nlanders.

I'm a young man of 30 years who have managed to save up 200k from all round hustle. I want to set up a business and settle down with my life but I'm really confused on what to start up.

Idea no gree enter head at the moment. Please I need your inputs.

IDEA can not enter a head that is noisy or clouded by desperation... Bros, calm down...

First I congratulate you on your savings discipline... 200k is not small money

You need KNOWLEDGE.... there are loads and loads of things that can give you a steady income... but they are not IDEAS.... they are SKILLS

Ideas are based on skills...

Why not invest in having major skills first... get to do a research on all the businesses available to start with less than 500k/1m then select the ones that are SUITABLE FOR YOUR KIND OF PERSON.... yes o, every business only works for certain character traits....... so discover yours and pour yourself into it.

If everyone here gives you ideas, it won't benefit you because what works for me, may not be suitable for you... WE ARE DIFFERENT... for example.

I can stay indoors for 20hrs coding and being online spending 10gb daily..... BUT you on the other hand may not be able to cope with that, because you will get tired and bored and feel you're going crazy from isolation....SEE??

So pls KNOW YOURSELF, then research what works for you.

BUSINESS is an INVESTMENT but INVESTMENT IS NOT ALWAYS A BUSINESS

Don't fall for get rich quick schemes that always come up in Nigeria towards the end of every year... Be wise..

Save more if you can and gain financial literacy to prepare you for investment decisions
Then get a way to learn a good digital skill that interests you, offer your services as a freelancer online
Or
Do an indoor farming on vegetables that is near to where you stay for monitoring
Just my opinions sha
It's good that you have a good savings culture but it's a race against time as inflation is growing at an alarming rate
Good luck sir
