that is why we need a new direction to follow,how can you use #2.8 billions for uniforms?do they think we are zombies that believe everything,with #10k you will sow a perfect uniform with the materials and workmanship cost in ABA,the job will be done to perfection,do you know how many uniforms #2.8 billon will sow,that will be 280,000 uniforms,mind you it is only drivers,clerks,cleaners,gatemen,etc that will need the uniforms which will be less than 20-30% of the firs workforce and the population of these group of people will not pass 5000 employees.shame,this is an organization that have less than 10,000 employees.

Do you see these guys are unfortunate? Almost every agencies do these every year.... They just edit the previous year budget, and add some new things.

For example, buying lot of laptops and desktops the previous year, then putting same in the current year..... This country is full of shit.
