Yeah, you're right about getting variety on Windows and Android, but they can be wildly expensive as well if they want to.

Surface Laptop Studio costs all the way up to $3600
Alienware Laptops habitually starts at around $2000

On the Android side, you've got price monsters as well.

For whatever reason, Razer phone cost about ₦650k when it came out. Now, ASUS ROG 5 ultimate would easily cost you more than that.

Electronics can be expensive in general.

Check the flagship products of other companies premium prices are paid for pcs and phones. I.e dell xps, hp spectre then for mobiles, samsung Z fold 3 and the likes. There's something for everyone it's just your budget that will dictate what you get.
