how certain are you sure he was poisoned he could have died from am allergy to something or some health condition the only way to be certain is after an autopsy is done

I have seen cases like this with a friend of my who died from allergy to something he ate na the same enemies don kill am e no go better for enemies na after a full autopsy some believe say no be person do am but still people still talk say Dem do am
