The Grade report of Computer Science Students, 300L has been seen flying around the Futo Media space, showing the terrible results given to them by the Department.

The Students of Computer Science 300L, Futo have been in acrimony as 178 out of 212 students Graded "F" and at about 25 Students Graded "E" in PHY 201, a 3 unit course.

The massive failure has got the whole school asking question and seeking that the school management looks into this awful grading of the Students.

For 172 out of 212 to fail the course means that the lecturer isn't getting it right and don't be surprised that it's one haggard looking sadist that's taking them on this course.

They should fail the failure of a lecturer outta FUTO.

There's one back then in my school that will always tell us that he can fail more than half of the department and heaven will not fall, he threatens us at times and you dare not report him to the powers that be or ....

F maybe certain because generally Physics should not be on a computer Science courses list except year 1

In almost all universities of technology in Nigeria, CSC students takes one or two Physics course(s) in their year 1 & 2

No there is. I am a futo graduate, I finished this year, I can confidently tell you that computer science department in futo don't read there books. They are so unserious. They depend on mass copying to pass, and physics department kept reporting them. The mass failure is well deserved, not the lecturers fault, but students fault. Physics department don't condone cheating

please don't blame the lecturer. He did his best, those children don't read at all. Computer science students in futo starting from 500l to 100l are not serious. Malpractice has eating deep into there system. When invilation is tight, they always have mass failure, and physics department are very strict

The truth is that the rate of students reading their books and serious in their studies has decreased rapidly. I don't blame the lecturer ,he was just unlucky to have un serious set of students.

To be honest. The overpopulation of students is the problem. In this kind of setting how will those at the back hear the lecturer?

How can you tell if they read or not? How is it possible that an entire department, a competitive one at that, is filled with those who don't read.

If that's true, how did they get admitted? How did they get to their current level? Please stop making excuses for lecturers with pedagogical incompetence. Isn't it the same FUTO where they sold professorship to Isa Pantami? I am not surprised at all.
