You are correct.
However, all Politician are the same in Nigeria. Its all about opportunity to get power to amass wealth nothing more.

The only problem is that we have another set of politician who are Fulanis who have in addition to the aspirations o the regular nigerian politicians the quest to DOMINATE other tribes. They have the advantage of
1. Having a docile Hausa community in the North who treat them as their Master-Race
2. They are distributed in more than 90% of the North-East, North-West, North-Central and Middlebelt regions of Nigeria even though their population is small.

They use the above for their selfish ambition to get political power. They know that state power can be used to actualize their purpose.

Our Politicians are working as individuals, fighting against themselves and are blind to the overall picture of Fulani dominance. Up till now, they are trying to be politically correct. Their greed for 2023 has even further blinded them
