I still feel the US could have done better. Democracy wasn't the right choice. A "technocracy" like that of Hong Kong would have been much better. This would have ensured the monies given as aid would be well spent and also transformative economic policies would have been formulated and implemented.

I also feel free and qualitative education should have been made available to all Afghan children with free meals included.
