Please, get yourself a GTbank prepaid virtual card (Naira mastercard), or an FCMB one (it's called "International card". It's naira also). I was in your position, too, a week ago. All this "barter" etc, recommendations I don't understand, when there's a conventional approach smiling at us (from GT and FCMB).

please barter's rate is too high ($580-590 I was told by them). I'm not against their Business, but I don't understand why no one recommends commercial banks virtual cards, the reasonable ones at least.

PS: international/online spending limits for those two sits at $3,000-5,000 monthly.

It works like a physical debit card, all the whatnots a debit card has sans the physical card itself, obviously. You just have to apply for it via the internet banking platform and it will be attached to your account instantly.

Was charged 481.2 naira to a dollar. I arrived at that figure by comparing what I was charged with the price of the product in dollars, since I didn't receive a readjusted debit alert which they normally send after full payment confirmation.

I was called to come and collect the package at their office, not the post office.

If you're in Yola and want to know the location of the Speedaf delivery office, it's at Sabro House, third floor, first office to your left.

Speedaf redirected my package to Owerri inplace of Onitsha,one lady called me to come and pick it, I notified her my location and she promised to send it back,on the contrary I called her back after calling a colleague to help me to collect it,my colleague arrived their yersterday only to be told that the package is no longer there and the lady was like sorry, I wonder the kind of staff that are recruited to man such sensitive jobs,I felt bad, please fellows, how can I reach speedaf, number or email because this scenario need not to play out again, Onitsha is different from Owerri

How many days does it take to reflect in other to fund it? It's like 2days now and not reflecting on the list of my accounts.

Mine came up for funding immediately. They might be experiencing issues, just hold on a bit longer.

You'll need to add it manually through the *add account* under *account maintenance* section.

All i know about handling charge is that, it varies per PO/state and most importantly, handling charge is official.

Items weighing 0.1 - 0.49kg attract N200 and ≥0.5kg is N500. Whether it came through Speedaf or not, so long it's been delivered by NIPOST, you pay and get receipt. If no receipt, don't day.

Speedaf can't do nothing about that handling fee.

Well, speedaf have a dedicated and reliable tracking number which indicates that an item is being handled by them and they expectedly as the last carrier should deliver such items to the recepient as they have always done from inception.

The problem here is that NIPOST sometimes in recent times apparently highjacks parcels from Speedaf which accounts for the "Speedaf-Nipost" notification in the tracking information. Such items if handled by Speedaf the rest of the way without interference from Nipost arrives within days and at no extra cost to the recipient. However, for the fact that it is hijacked by NIPOST upon arrival into Nigeria, the direct opposite is what befalls the item, i. ẹ. delayed delivery and the so called "official charges".

Please is this item in China or Nigeria. The seller is telling me that it's in my home country.
