About the customs, their matter is out of hand, a lot of people have complained about this same issue and it hasn't been resolved. Sometimes it's not even customs that will hold your goods, it's Nipost workers. Some will say they didn't see it while in some cases they will open your package, remove the phone from the box and leave the charger and phone case for you inside the phone box. When you happily collect your package, you will open and won't find the phone..

seems the seller didn't acknowledge you cancelling the order, it happened to me once (that's why you've to cancel within 24hrs. Reason some sellers take up to 2 days before shipping to avoid this). Anyways, your best is to file a dispute after protection period has elapsed... That's if you don't need said product anymore.

Ok ...I even cancelled the order because I feel I might not get the said package on time, because I want to use it by 27th of next month.

If u are buying anything expensive like a phone or gadgets dat can be easily used by anyone or sold. DON'T EVER SEND IT THROUGH NIPOST, IT will totally get stolen. USE other paid services on d site, I see recently thier "standard shipping" doesn't even come through NIPOST sef.

Thankfully, it has been approved.
Now I wait for my refund to drop.

For those who might not know, I ordered a phone, Poco x3 pro from Xiaomi Authorised Store and after waiting for 75 days it didn't get to me. Last shipment status was "Received by the delivery company" and "Arrived at destination country".

Thanks to all that have assisted me in one way or the other, I can't tag anyone because I can't remember their names.

I made a statement regarding the number of days refund gets to our Nigerian card account and international card Account few pages back.

I too have a UK card account. And once I withdraw to it, it appears instantly. I mean instantly.
So the delay is based on our Nigerian cards

From what I have gathered on this thread, the tracking details should have updated to "Arrival at inward office of exchange" almost the same day it arrives at the destination country. I've received a package once that doesn't have such information in the tracking details though.
