What power does the World Bank have that it is debarring individuals and firms? The World Bank is only an advisory and lending institution. Perhaps the individuals and firms have been banned from borrowing from the World Bank. |

He further highlighted some of the consequences of corruption, which he said could be devastating. Malpass said, “The negative impacts of corruption on lives and livelihoods are well known. Corruption diverts scarce development dollars from the people who need them most and corrodes the systems and services that are integral for reducing extreme poverty. “Entrenched corruption also comes with greater economic costs for countries, as it distorts public expenditures and leads to inefficient allocations of financing away from productive investments toward rent-seeking activities. And corruption increases the costs of doing business and deters foreign investors from entering new markets. “As the world moves toward recovering from the pandemic’s damaging impacts, these costs can also restrict the private sector, which plays an important role in revitalizing economic growth and development in our client countries,” he added. Can good patriotic non sentimental Nigerians now see clearly the cause of Nigeria present economy woes?, can we from this points above see our amiable saboteurs? Well, I wish we can put our differences aside and fight the right fight. God bless Nigeria. |

this is how your parents raised you? insulting strangers like a rabid dog? willing to sell your birthright to a criminal you should be demanding to be jailed? I feel so ashamed for them about you. those who should serve you are masters in your own house, and you ignorantly grovel at their feet. your situation is so pathetic, but you glory in it- like a true masochist, hailing those who've raped your future and condemned your progeny to slavery. and this is what you'll pass on to your children? imagine- to have a lout for a father, gladly willing to eat crumbs that his master throws on the floor for him. just so sad... poor kids. Fahdiga:What about all those doing Yahoo Yahoo, olosho business in the streets of Europe ,askin for bribes at MMIA ,and areaboys extorting money in Lagos? All that is corruption in various shades engineered by common Nigerians so don't blame Buhari for every corruption. |

debaj10:oh!! Sorry bro, I forgot to add that you are all suffering from acute amnesia if not you would fathom that he started the insult. As for where ibori comes from, I’m not really particular about that, I just wanted to remind the fool how he and his kinsmen were celebrating his welcome back. Lest I forget, is the situation in the southeast not prostituted and diseased enough for you all to be concern about, rather than masturbating on issues in south west? Fools. |
