When conte won the league with us he played 343 formation; Hazard and Pedro/Willian as inside wingers. Varane Maguire Lindelof as three CBs; Fred/Mac/Matic pogba as two midfielders; Rashford/Sancho Lingard/Mata Bruno/mason as inside wingers Shaw and Dalot as wing backs, Ronaldo/cavani/martial as CF. Every player have to fight for their place, no preferential treatment, they are too layback and lazy under Ole.

After Ole spent £180m on defence with 3 years in the job, his team cannot build attack from the back.

How’s that not the manager’s fault? Once De Gea rolls the ball over to Maguire, there’s tension all over the box. With a little press from the opposition, United succumb to elementary errors.

It has happened over and over in the last 3 games. Opponents now know if they press Maguire and Lindelof, they would get a throw or a corner kick or an error leading to a shot on target.

The only player I’m 100% will excel under Conte is Rashford. He’s the best thing to happen to ManU for the last 5 years.

Fred too will do well.

The rest players might fallout with him, most ManU players are lazy and not physically grounded. Most are not intelligent too. Conte will scatter that team, slam those talkatives parading as ManU legends and make sure he divides players.

This is why I support Ole, he’s good with player relationship like Tuchel and Klopp, praises world class players like Fred and Shaw and do try his best to bring out the best in them. If not for Ronaldo signing, ManU for dey top4 now. I just hope they don’t sack him.

Else, ManU might end up like Arsenal that parted ways with Arsene Wenger and lost top4 stability, something Ole has done.

Pogba got no work rate, mou had issue with him because of this. The truth is most of your players don’t have work rate, they have to be drilled properly, mostly off ball movement. Conte is still very good, a seasonal manager but he gets angry easily and take funny decision.
