Daily exercises like this has a tendency to keep diseases away and increase life span. A very small percentage of Nigerians exercise and it will be nice for us to take a cue from this role model and Prince of afrobeat music.

Yes their mother Remi Taylor is Yoruba but with British and Caribbean heritage. 1997 was a bad year for the Kuti. Fela's niece Frances Kuboye who with her hubby owned ran JAZZ 38 on Awolowo Road then died around November of that year too.

Femi left Saint Finbar's College in Form 4, so that means he had an accademic foundation which to his credit,he has been able to leverage upon to become what he is today and of course not forgetting the fact that he's from an elite background. This aided his exposure coupled with all the world tours with the Egypt 80 band.

I tell you, I got all the kits for it and even registered with a group fa . But to tell you the truth, everyday na procrastination. I taya for myself.

There's a 23hour gym around my house about 7minutes drive and it is cheap yet, motivation no just dey. I wish I fit find gym partner to go with.
