CA is the contract address, you copy it from Coin gecko or CMC and paste it on the search icon on trust wallet, the particular wallet you're using in this case, it may not bring it out, so you have to add it manually by pasting the address and putting the name and symbol.

every transactions of trust wallet uses BSC ( that is bnb bep20) as gas fee
