No where in my comment did I insult you. Hence won't take that shit from an ASS & an IMP like you.

@ Normal Humans

Contractor financing on AKK men's contractor pays for the gas pipeline, operates & charges for gas piped through it & ownership revers after 25 - 35 years.

Federal Government of Nigeria owns a % of NLNG. Complete the picture as you may.

jpphilips:

When your contractor is financing your project, are you not borrowing from the contractor?

When you split capital investment with NLNG, are you funding it 100% isnt that assisted expenditure?
Don't you know NLNG will later deduct that N60b from Nigeria's annual profits??
You think its charity? Isn't that a loan?

Reading isn't difficult!!

If you are smart, you should give me a list of $10b expenditure Nigeria financed in a fiscal year, then we hope its dedicated to the military.

I disregard the US military aid as the conditions attached mean that assets procured can only be utilised with Uncle Sam's approval. That's why alms from Gulf have been splurged on non-US materiel.

Even when US aid is included, Egypt's main p.imp is now the Gulf countries:

--Total US economic & military aid to Egypt (1946 to 2020) - USD 81 billion [source: American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt];

--Total Gulf economic & military aid to Egypt (2011 to 2020) - USD 92 billion [source: Central Bank of Egypt].

Thanks for the heads up Mzansi.

ISIS Releases Video Of 12-year-old Terrorist Executing Two Nigerian Soldiers

In the 17-minute long video, the soldiers were shot dead by the insurgent with AK-47.

The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), also known as Daesh (Arabic) has released a video showing a 12-year-old member of ISWAP (Islamic State's West Africa Province), the breakaway Boko Haram faction executing two Nigerian soldiers.

In the 17-minute long video, the soldiers were shot dead by the insurgent with his AK-47.

The video which was called "Makers of Epic Battles" also covered other attacks from ISWAP's spring campaign in Borno and Yobe states in 2021.

Analysing the footage, Tomasz Rolbiecki, a researcher on Islamic State’s attacks worldwide described the execution as “awful.”

“There are no words to describe how awful it is,” Rolbiecki posted on Twitter.

He continued, “In general, the video is mainly covering the attacks from ISWAP's spring campaign in northern Borno and Yobe, although there are also clips from southeastern and southwestern parts of Borno state.

“Most of the footage had been published in photo reports long before this video was released. Daesh has been doing it for years. However, there is also some new material.

“ISWAP confirms the militants are using an APC (seems like a Mowag Piranha variant) for the first time in a long time, if not ever. News of them using APCs and MRAPs have been circulating for a while now, but we have not seen a confirmation until now.

“The attack on Gajiram is next. It is difficult to say which one is it since there were several in the last year, and the footage was not released previously in any form.

“Then ISWAP shows an IED attack which must have happened in Mallam Fatori (I do not have the exact date). A video shot by one of the soldiers attacked by that IED is used by the militants to show the aftermath. That is a technique sometimes used by Daesh.

“After that, a clip from Geidam, in Yobe State, is shown. This was the attack from 23 April, in which ISWAP briefly established control over the town. We have seen most of that footage previously as well.”

Protecting our soldiers is as good as protecting Iswap.
If Iswap rides in the Mowag then what will happen when they lay hands on an IFV or AFV?
Is that what the top brass are thinking?

If you don't know that a contractor funding your project for you to pay later and assume ownership is borrowing from your contractor, after borrowing the seed funding from China, despite how many times Ive explained it, yet you still don't understand it, bros you are dumb & that's putting it mildly.
How can you have difficulty in understanding something that simple?

Show this link to someone in your community with better education, gosh!!

https://nairametrics.com/2021/07/16/2-8-billion-akk-pipeline-fg-seeks-1billion-after-chinese-funding-delay/

The most sickening part is that a grown arse man displays imbecility in public then picks offense once you point it out to him.
Am I supposed to give you a medal for having serious comprehension problems??

AKK project worth $2.8b was borrowed, Nigeria presently lacks the capacity to execute a project worth $10b in a fiscal year, that's a litmust test for a poor country & World bank's IDA program proves me right.

If you are not providing a $10b project Nigeria funded in a fiscal year or a global standard where Nigeria is classified as wealthy, then STFU.

You can't even identify a clear case of borrowing but you want to teach me the ownership of NLNG, mtchew!!

#100b was released to all the 36 states in Nigeria to build ranching. Is left for the FG to make an investigation into it.

This can't stop states that have decided to pass anti-grazing bill.

Any Fulani that is not happy with the open grazing bill in the south is free to go back to their state of origin, some are not even Nigerians.

A Southern Governor do not owe a Fulani man running his cow business any ranch.

Any Fulani walking around with cattles should be arrested and their cows confiscated. The law is the law.

What convinced you to believe that only Fulanis rear cattle in Nigeria?!

The Joint troops of Operation Hadin Kai (OPHK) have neutralised over 37 Boko Haram/ Islamic State in West Africa Province (ISWAP) terrorists with several others suffering varying degrees of injury.

A statement by the Director Army Public Relations, Brigadier General Onyema Nwachukwu said the troops who have continued to intensify onslaught on terrorists’ enclaves in the North East, as in the early hours of Saturday 30 October 2021, observed the movement of six Gun Trucks within Sambisa Forest general area, which was subsequently located at a settlement near Yuwe.

The statement further said the trucks later moved to a remote location, where they were joined by other terrorist elements, in what seemed like a convergence for a meeting. Over 50 Boko Haram/ ISWAP fighters were observed to have gathered at the meeting.

And after a clear identification of the terrorists’ hideout, the Air Component of OPHK immediately dispatched two aircraft to conduct air interdiction on the location.

The strikes, which were carried out under cover of darkness, were successful and devastating, as battle damage assessment corroborated by local sources revealed that over 37 Boko Haram/ISWAP terrorists were neutralized, while several of them reportedly suffered varying degrees of injury.

In another development, as the aircrafts retreated to base after the air interdiction, the combat air crew located another set of four Gun Trucks about six Kilometers South West of Bama.

The air crew immediately relayed the coordinates of the location of the Gun Trucks to troops of the Land Component at Bama, who promptly engaged the location with Artillery fire bombardment, neutralizing the insurgents’ gun trucks.

The successful joint operations conducted by both the Air and Land Components, with the support of other security agencies under Operation HADIN KAI has yet again underscored the importance of synergy and cooperation in the fight against terrorism and insurgency according to the Nigerian Army.

Nigerian Navy Constructs New Vessel

Nigeria’s Chief of Naval Staff, Rear Admiral Auwal Gambo says the Navy has built a vessel known as Seawards Defense Boat-3.

He made the disclosure in Abuja at the weekend, in a chat with Journalists, after he met behind closed doors with President Muhammadu Buhari, shortly before the President departed the country for Glasgow to participate in the United Nations Climate Change Conference.

He said he was in the State House to intimate the President on the development as well as seek his approval to inaugurate the boat later in the year.

“I’m here to seek the blessing of Mr. President for him to honour the Nigerian Navy in commissioning the indigenously built seawards defense boat three, which is one of the three we are building by the Nigerian Navy dockyard staff in Lagos, come December this year,” he said.

Rear Admiral Gambo revealed that he got a positive response for the Nigerian leader.

“His response is positive because it prides us as a nation that we can build something from scratch to finish, by our own shipyard. So, it is a thing of pride to us,” he added.

The Naval Chief said with the successful completion of the boat, the Navy is more prepared to fight pirates.

He further said Nigeria now has the capacity to build the same for other countries.

He said: “It will add to the set of vessels that we have for the protection of the Nigerian maritime territory against piracy, sea robbery, illegal bunkering and all other maritime crimes.

“Already, we have the Democratic Republic of Congo; they are ready and willing to partner with us in ship building and maintenance. We have Badagry Shipyard that wants to build a shipyard in Badagry.

“They are also ready to partner with us in maintenance and construction and most of the countries in the West Coast are definitely going to patronize us.”

Depends on his age. If he's above the age limit of regular course, he'll need to apply for army SSC. Army SSC doesn't require JAMB. If he's with age range of Regular Course, he'll need to write JAMB.
