When there is enough money, what stops you from building anything you want

Sometimes when you think you've seen it all. The world is really advancing every day. It's really incredible. Kudos to the architecture. But hope this one wouldn't lead to another lagos collapse.

This type of structure is better used as a ware house

The main building has poor ventilation in almost all the floors except two bird openings at the last two floors

If this building is in Onitsha or Lagos, it should serve as warehouse while the securities should use the one on top as residence or security house

This can only happen there because of the exorbitant cost of land in Akwa .
