Soldiers and the other security forces can maintain peace, and the above post is a clear testament. What you have in the North is a sponsored terrorism activity, it'll take more than the deployment of soldiers to overcome that.

Are you surprised? Most clamoring for their removal are either tribal criminals or kidnappers.

I was honestly worried about this too. Imagine my shock when I drove past their check point and everywhere was empty. We have lived a very peaceful and coherent life in Ondo state for many years and it's almost becoming too comfortable. Now we have to worry.
