lolz. There are heavy and light task o. Some phones can be used to code, photo retouching and editing, scan, Web design,run games (I mean better games like Halo 2 and Fifa 2020..others can't. Many phones are just your type and send type. Try playing halo on entry phones and see it crashing

You can't set Wifi limits as for data limits, I know you can set a threshold for it to warn you and you can also disable apps you don't want access to the internet. All these are done in the Security App, Data Usage section.

As for hiding of apps that can be done from app settings>app lock
