Osimhen not part of Napoli travelling squad for tonight's Europa league game in Poland....
Precautionary measure due to his injury..

He might be excused for our upcoming game..

The predictable result is that Awoniyi will be called to replace him... And Ighalo leads the attack grin
Wahala,if he leads d attack n scores hattricks...

Chukwueze and ejuke are still regarded as average players apart from some people here ,we need to be sincere they are still average players ,do they have the potential to be world class ? Yes they do but they need to improve ASAP before they both clock 25

Osimhen is not 90 percent world class but still above average at least ,he needs to keep working hard and consistency is needed for the next few seasons also

Iheanacho is a little above average but dude is not helping himself

Musa is an average player
Iwobi is an average player

Ndidi is world class according to me but according to the football world he is not but above average ,maybe because he his yet to play for a big club

I know many of you will come for my head because the truth is bitter ,but it’s fine

Make una Dey cool down sha
only a delusional fan will come for your head

Victor is not yet a world class player

Does he have the potential to be world class ? Yes

Victor osimhen is a very good player but still above average and that’s impressive for a 22 year old if I must say .

Musa iwobi above average Na pure sentiment nah grin

Note that i didn't based my rating on current form alone,

Musa of today is below average,i can't argue that,
he is not even suppose to still b in the team,
but u can't just throw away all his past exploits n rate him on his recent performance.
A litle bit above average on his whole career is better .

I can still rate iwobi and iheanachoi as above average at least for SEs,their problem is their inconsistency.

Ighalo is an an average player, now and in d past.

I only rate osimhen as almost world class based on this season.

By the way i have always maintained here whenever they start singing about the abundance of talents we parade,
that we no longer have the kind of players we use to parade in d past,
that most our players r average.

But we still have atleast 3 top players in osimhen, ndidi and chukwueze, now ejuke is included.
With 3 top players in your team is enough for any tournaments.
That's my opinion.

If you rate Osimhen based on this current season performance, what about Awoniyi?

I think when we are rating players, it should be strictly on current form. If not we could make misleading judgements. If we add previous exploits, the Pirlo, Maradona and Pele should be making starting Eleven.

Previous exploits is a tool for bias.

First of all kudos for coming up with an assessment.

I like Musa but I would class him as average reason being even at his best he blows hot and cold too much today he looks likes prime Ronaldo de lima tomorrow daniel james too inconsistent to be above average.

I will rate Iwobi top class if we are judging only his performances in the SE.

Osimhen still has more to do before we can authoritatively call him world class but definitely top class.

Chukwueze and Ejuke are still in the above average state for now but they can surely improve.

Other than the above mentioned ones everything else is fine.

Past exploits can be useful in forming a holistic picture of a player.

For instance if I only judge Mikel on current form or his performances 2 years ago one might come to the false conclusion that he was average. Using past metrics while not ignoring current form I feel gives one an accurate view of who a player is.

As I said, it is misleading. But, that is why I have always stressed on a coach developing a screening process to select his best. You can use past exploits to call to camp but when it comes to final screening process, a coach would be looking for the best. Not the most experienced.

As I stress, what is experience if you are not better than the others.

The aim should be strictly to select the best.

A serious coach will scrap him out of the team. That is the thing when you pick players who feel they are bigger than the national team.

If you rate Osimhen based on this current season performance, what about Awoniyi?
Awoniyi current season performance is above average but he still and average player.
Why on the hand, osimhen performances this season is world class,
and he is top player to become world class soon.

On musa, the guy has 4 world cup goals, over 100caps for us,
is not out of place for one to generalise him as an above average.

The German administrator held the Super Eagles forward responsible for his abrupt dismissal from his post at the Bundesliga club at the end of last term, but the Nigerian has issued a response

Nigerian attacker Emmanuel Dennis has hit back at former Cologne sporting director Horst Heldt after the German administrator reprimanded him a few months ago.

Heldt was sacked in July after Cologne confirmed their place in the German top-flight, and he took a swipe at Dennis add another Nigerian forward, Tolu Arokodare.

Dennis joined Cologne from Club Brugge temporarily in January but failed to justify the 1.2 million euros Cologne paid for his services.

The 23-year-old did not register a goal in nine Bundesliga appearances causing Heldt to label his signing a mistake while faulting the winger’s character, which he said did not fit the Cologne team.

After more than five months, Dennis has finally responded to the criticisms from the man who facilitated his move to Germany.

Heldt’s outbursts came after he was removed from his posts at Cologne, and Dennis has pointed at that as the reason Heldt was looking for who to blame for his ouster.

“This man has since been released,” Dennis told the newspaper Nieuwsblad (via 90min).

“He had to come up with an answer as to why it didn’t work. Since it was already known that I should have an attitude problem, he took advantage of it. It was the simplest explanation.

“But it is a big lie. I had no problems with that.”

Dennis added that contrary to Heldt’s claims about his attitudinal problems, he got on well with the coaches at Cologne.

“The coaches liked me. I just didn’t like the style of football,” said Dennis.

The three-time Nigerian international also gave reasons his spell in Germany did not go as he would have liked.

“My toe hurt so badly that I played with painkillers. It only got worse.”

Dennis was not allowed to participate in Cologne’s successful relegation fight against Holstein Kiel, but he is pleased the Billy Goats maintained their Bundesliga status.

“I’m glad they stayed, but I feel guilty because I couldn’t help the club.

“Cologne have great fans, and I was treated well,” concluded Dennis.

The former Club Brugge winger has since moved to Watford, where he has three goals and three assists in nine Premier League games for the Hornets.
