Aren't croissants full of sugar, you don't want that processed sugar, it is one of the causes of diabetes.

My regular breakfast is either of the 3 below.

1. 2 Sunnyside up eggs layed on a ham base, 2 pork sausages, 4 stripps of bacon, 2 fish fingers, baked beans. 2 slices of toast laced with salted butter.
I wash it down with a glass of chilled full cream milk.

2. Boil yam with well ganishd omlete (ie chopped green peppers, garlic, tomatoes, chilli, black pepper). Smoked pork chops by the side.

3. Indomie with 2 Sunnyside eggs and fish fillet. Fillet could be salmon. If not available I fillet a Titus fish.

Don't be gloomy be positive, it's all about mindset.

We all know breakfast is the most efficient meal of the day. Studies have also shown that the right meal in the morning get your your system up and active all through the day. Have been having difficulties settling for heavy meal like staples rice and bread in the morning, so I don't mind if you can suggest a nice breakfast one can have in the morning for going to the office?

I'll be in the comment section for your suggestions.
