Napoleon55:It's me the childish guy. One of my former bosses used to say tou can't count working experience by number of years only. He said you can have an individual do one job function that takes a year to master for 20 years, so in that case, the person has mastery of one year but has done it for 20 years. While another person may actually have only spent 5 years in the same company and has valuable experience in multiple areas having acquired mastery in many other areas. |

Tosin Kehinde, a greater prospect than Nwakali, was racially abused by children over the weekend.

Kelechi nwakali is developing nicely in SD huesca and the Spanish second division. I saw his last match and he played well. If he continues like this for a year or two he will make good progress. The former coach of Watford is his new coach in SD huesca. He is progressing. Anyway I hope ished he remained at alcorcon as he was their saviour there but then he is making a lot of progress in SD huesca. As per this afcon I think he should be left alone to develop his career in SD huesca but he should be in contention for the world cup squad. African home grown talent need a place to develop when they get to Europe and the Spanish second division is a perfect place for him. |

Danielnino00:well true our football isn't doing well in under age grade's but would I blame pinnick and nff totally for that absolutely no remember we have a sport ministry who has some role to play in the development of Grass Roots football and sports generally so far so good it been below average contribution all this year's from dalung era and now Sunday dare who is doing pretty fair to dalung and in as much as I tag rorh a clueless manager I won't classify him a failure yet till he leads us to next afcon and possibly world cup. ![]() |

charlesemeka85:Because he is over 21 that's what makes it impossible for him to switch again. The new rule makes it possible to switch allegiance after provided the player was less than 21 when he was featured and the official match was not in the world cup or continental tournament sir. You can say what you mean without saying it mean!!! |

humility33:you have started again, I thought I made myself clear, he speak to Ighalo then what the point is he had been speaking to the players, since time I can count, but the buttom line is it's the coach that invites him, it's the technical depths approves without vetting, so Pinnick can't be held responsible for the coaches and technical department responsibility it's who the coach want that he speaks to, tell me, if Rohr wants both Vicmo and Yakubu, then pinnick2speaks to both players and they agree, is it pinnick that now invites them ![]() |
