I stopped for over two months,but yet my old tormentor deception comes knocking again.

Look for a pattern that fits u.don't attached itself to quick success. Just av patience

Change your phone dont use internet enable phone that helps.. and stay away from friends that support gambling.

You need to be stingy with money to stop gambling addiction. Otherwise, you won't stop once you are in it.

OP i once had same problem, i was addicted to football betting, i did not win 1kobo bet9ja sucked me dry. Thank God i was smart enough to quit. The easiest method to quit is to deactivate your betting account and channel your mind set towards something more productive.

I am not a trained psychologist so everything I am going to drop here is going to be my personal opinion.

1) The first thing is to recognise you have got the issue; which is what you have done.
2) Try to exclude yourself from every gambling webpage or casino. you can give your phone to a stranger to set a privacy password to these webpages
3) The next is to replace this bad habit with good ones. instead of being bored and thinking of gambling, just pick up something to do. you could come to the political section and debate people or learn new things (try not to be idle)
4) if you keep on practicing these strategies and you do not lie to yourself then over time you would get out of the gambling addiction
