Not really. The bungalow I built for my mum has 5 bedrooms. Some duplexes only have 3 bedrooms. It depends on the size of the land and the design.

For any building under construction u will clearly see the signs showing it’s no longer safe and can collapse bt how ikoyi workers ignored this baffles me.

It was stated by the developer himself and obvious he had never built such a high rise b4 and he didn’t get professionals who have to monitor it for him. Then he ignored structural engineers who gave him clear warnings.

In otherword he went on an experiment having no previous knowledge or experience of building a high rise and yet ignored those he should listen to.

You will have to build it with an open courtyard in the middle of the house otherwise some of the rooms will not have windows except if you want to build it like the normal face-me-slap-you
