A Nigerian couple were dressed in traditional Isiagu on their church wedding, IgbereTV reports.

The bride, Ikejiofor Ella Amy shared photos from their wedding on Facebook with the caption;

It's a beautiful concept. Though the wedding gown is rich but it's gonna be fucking expensive.

Good... Africans should reclaim their culture and do away with neocolonialism...

Next step is to completely do away with the white wedding thing!!!

Why didn't she use Isiagu material for the veil?

That doesn't mean its cheap. Materials and fabrics are not smiling this days, that gown definitely is more expensive than many white wedding gowns.

Abeg, this is too heavy. I can't wear it. I still prefer the conventional wedding dress.

Leave isi agu for traditional marriage.

What makes the wedding dress heavy? Is it because it was sown with isi agu or d design?

Is it more expensive than many white gowns because it was sown with local fabric or because of it's design?

The material is very thick and to get a full ball gown like that will require much, making it so heavy.

The concept is not cool at all.

Would a simpler design have made d gown less heavy?
