Stop being devious, Soludo was an appointee of this government before the elections, I don't think Buhari has any issues with Soludo.

. Look at this one talking trash about igr, with all this they are still poorer than Anambra in all ramifications. Igr does not translate to wealth or development when you don't even know what to do.

Take a visit to Anambra towns and villages and know what is true human index development.

Before you write jargon, Google the meaning of IGR. Oh, let me teach you a little. It means internally generated revenue. How many of those rich people live or do business in their state?

Let me add to the tutorial: IGR is not a function of how many rich people hail from a state. It is a function of how many people live and do business in the state.

IGR is not a direct measure of how rich the people in a state are. It's more a function of taxation. People in the SW pay by far more taxes than people in the SE.

Low taxes help businesses, especially startups. That's why businesses thrive in Anambra, helping with job creation and making Anambra the least poor state in Nigeria, even better than Lagos with all its wealth and IGR.

It should also worry people in SW states, eg Ogun, that with all it's IGR, it still struggles with building infrastructure compared to say Ebonyi State.

So you see, it's not just to tax people and increase IGR. What's more important is what is done with the big IGR.

Having said that, I believe SE folks need to pay more taxes if they get good leaders that can put it to good use.
