You should be ashamed of your self, even if you have a problem with your region you decided to bring it here for people like kanofirstson to be making mockery of you. I know you are not a Anambra at all, your one aboki or BBQmanner or even the kanofirstson using that fake moniker to make mockery of igbos but you're a failure cos we ve know your antics, but is no longer working, people are more enlightened now.

Awka360:
Yes I said do not come home for Christmas because you will regret it. Infrastructure are falling off..no good roads. Gridlock everywhere, the good roads are blocked by security due to fear of attacks on their facilities. You will suffer on the roads even if u have a private car.

I do concur with you. IPOB is a child of necessity borne out of the retrogressive government disposition towards the decadence living standard of the people. IPOB is God sent cos the government had determinely resolved to impoverish the South East, Venomously and earnestly wanting to hold the region in squalor and perpetual poverty, all due to the demand of their fundamental right of emancipation from the threshold of Fulanis Hausas enslavement in their fathers land. I hail IPOB and I believe something good is coming soon to the South East that would drastically turn their fortune around. I stand with IPOB though not their violent nature but their aspiration of independence until the stupid region that think they are born to rule mentality is subdued.

DOTian:
Agitations come with a cost. And the people of Eastern Nigeria are aware of this. We're not going to accept the status quo just for the sake of peace. That's the peace of a graveyard! There were gully erosions in our roads before IPOB. There were policemen every pole before IPOB. There were corruption and lack of infastructure before IPOB. Actually IPOB became a phenomenon as a result of her desire to correct these. So when most of you none Igbos start to point to the negative effects of IPOB agitations, it important to also note the Evil realities that led to the emergence of IPOB..

dasparrow:
Listen, IPOB is not the reason you are suffering in the East. Nigeria has been marginalizing you since the 1960s. Even if IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu had not demanded for secession, Easterners and indeed Southern Nigerians will still continue to be marginalized by the ruling Fulani oligarchy.

Go and watch a video of Ahmadu Bello being interviewed by a white journalist. He, Ahmadu Bello said when it comes to jobs, he will consider northerners first and if he cannot find a northerner to fill the position he will consider a white person and if he cannot find a white person, only then will he consider a Nigerian from the Southern part of the country.

Nigerians are not united and self determination is not a crime. Why has the capital of Nigeria never been in a state in Eastern Nigeria? Have you thought about that? Why does Eastern Nigeria not have a seaport? I am not from the East but I am trying to open your eyes to all the injustice going on in Nigeria. Nigerian government sent killers to Anambra and Imo yet you blame IPOB. When and if Biafra comes, you are welcome to remain in Nigeria.
Where are you from then

IPOB is allergic to sense. Let Igboland suffer the consequences of IPOB actions. Maybe, the suffering will teach them a lesson not to support IPOB again.
we the south Eastern Citizens are happy with what IPOB is doing for usif not we would have been wiped out by fulani terrorist and Nigeria security forces may God continue to bless IPOB till the end of the world

I'm a typical Yoruba boy. Bad roads other basic infrastructural facilities is not only attach to the South East, we have bad roads in South West too. Sometimes I thought don't we have Governors or Senators or what are they doing with all the month allocation they received from FG and all the internal generated funds where does all these money goes?? So it's for us to strictly hold our respective state Governors and senators responsible for the bad state of our roads and economy which we woefully failed because of fear of arresting. They are so united that irrespective of their political difference, ethnic, region or religion to continuing enjoying, sending their children abroad for better life, getting rich and loot all the wealth of this country for themselves alone while we ordinary Nigerians continue to suffered more. But we average Nigerians are not united to hold this people responsible for this suffering. Some among us had already count it has faith, some don't even border so far it is not that affecting them, some are still running helter skelter for corrupt politicians because of some benefits they tend to derives, some are happy because the person in government are from their religion, ethnic or tribe and many things like that.
Fela don sing am say
"My people self dey fear too much
We fear to fight for justice
We fear to fight for liberty
We fear to fight for freedom
We always get reason to fear
Because we no won die
We no won go
We no won quench
Papa dey for house
Mama dey for house
I have one child
I no won go oooooo"
Nigeria corrupt politicians don see us finished for this Naijiriya that we can't do anything to them and they will continuing to treat us like shit in your own father's land. The only solution to correct Nigeria poor governance is to carry out a nation wide unrelenting, ceaseless and selfless protest irrespective of your religion, tribe, ethnic or work. Unfortunately, the Nigerians I'm seeing can't do such. We are all happy and smiling with the way these politicians are treating us.

They are still on dirty blackmail and propaganda against secessionists.

Their FEARS of possible split of Nigeria are alarmingly increasing.

They deploy all sorts of propaganda online.

You are desperate to treat them as a defeated people and they're determined to make sure you don't succeed with that! That's where we are at the moment! You believe you won a war and that the whole east is your war booty. Igbos think otherwise. We won't be enslaved in our own land by vandals. So the fight is on and will soon reach your house..
I so much appreciate your response. So, the question is...who is losing? Is it the North, South west, south south or who?

[quote author=Awka360 post=107602523]If you live in the East currently u will agree with me our people are really going through hell. The effect of IPOB and security forces violence over the past few months has left Easterners in a pit of suffering.

A great example is in Anambra state, currently the only road leading to other towns from the state capital which houses the security parastatals like State CID,Immigration,Police Quarters is currently blocked because of fear of the rampaging unknown gunmen. This has forced all commercial buses and private vehicles to take another route in which the alternative roads are nothing to write home about. These routes located in Amawbia already have their roads depleting; some already turning into small gullies. It will take the 2022 rainfall to further deepen the gullies.

Commercial drivers and their passengers who have to bear the pains of driving through these alternate bad roads have never had good things to say about the state . GOVERMANT bad not ipob .

Commercial drivers and their passengers who have to bear the pains of driving through these alternate bad roads have never had good things to say about the state of the roads in the capital.

Transport fares also didn’t fail to shoot by 200%. A journey which usually takes 5mins now take 30mins. A journey of 5mins which was usually charged for 50 naira earlier this year has gone so high as 150 naira.

The people are not finding it funny on these bad roads. And worse is that the traffic gridlock on these alternate bad routes is on another level.

Now that the Anambra elections are over,We call on the Commissioner of Police of Anambra state and the govt to please open the major road which accommodates commercial vehicles and passengers,so as to ease the suffering of the people or better still fix the alternative routes.

IPOB should also get sense by now. South Easterners are suffering. And if you’re planning on coming home this December,it is better you remain wherever you are because things ain’t so rosy down here. No roads, traffic gridlock everywhere, road blocks by Security forces.

Seek for knowledge. Google UN charter on secession and read. Its not only the Igbo's that are struggling to secede...southern Cameroon , casamance in Senegal, western saharawi, Catalonia, Taiwan and many more...

Read about south sudan

Study their strategies. Ojukwu was able to monster such feat, simply because he was a sitting military Governor, with commands underneath his watch. A graduate of history from oxford, full of intelligence, has allies with some countries...Russia, isreal, Tanzania e.t.c.

Tell me who Nnamdi kanu foreign supporters are?

I can't continue to justify this cause, if Igbo's like make dem continue the self destruction... Thinking they are hurting FG, na dem selves dem dey hurt...

Mind you, folks in ladipo, Alaba market and many more outside south east have started making remittances back home. Solely, because of economic paralysis being experienced in SE...

Ask yourself.. Who is losing and who is benefitting? That'll surely satisfy your curiosity
