If he eventually cliches the APC ticket who is he going to pick from the north to balance the ticket? He can't pick another Muslim and the core north will not accept a Christian northerner to represent their interests. That's the reason why I don't like the idea of his candidacy. That and besides the fact that he's old and sickly. The best thing for him to do at this point is to throw his support behind Prof Osibanjo who will now team up with a Muslim from the core north and the election will be a walkover for the APC

Most especially when there is massive civil unrest where most of it is tagged to be Islam induced. Nigerian Christians will kick seriously against it. I repeat, they won't even try it!

Tinubu is not afraid of taking political risks as he has been doing for years.

As much as I would love him to remain a kingmaker, we can’t stop him. He has paid his dues and as a Nigerian, he is qualified.
