I experienced the same on my phone too. I couldn't hear calls when I'm on the road. Thought it was software issue.

Then I noticed that the speaker is a bit dusty. I decided to clean it very well with dry toothbrush and blow breeze inside.

When I made a call, e be like say I buy new phone. It was very loud. Try it, it may solve the issue.
Sorry for the late reply, your suggestion worked, I used needle then blew into the speaker and it became very loud like new phone.

He should come and show us where and when I scammed him 28k.

Those that knows me from here knows I don't sell anything .
