Panel sat for a year to produce a comprehensive report. I read through most of the report. Note that the Panel has detail of how all decisions are made. Most media reports are sensational.

Judicial panel report is not law and isn't set in stone. Even court judgments can be overruled on appeal, let alone report. I think we shld be patient and see how it ends

The amputee guy was on his way back from work in Schools, far far away from Lekki, but the useless, lazy and incompetent panel listed the toll gate as the location where the injury occurred.
