After the prison break his court case has not being had, after many months a date was announce for the continuous trial. After the judge heard about how he return back to the prison after they ask them to go. She granted him bail of 200,000 with a surety that pays tax. The other person who was bribe to lie against him but refuse and they later accuse him of being part of the murder ran away during the prison break, he would have be among this victory news.

He is currently taking treatment in Abuja with his daughter and was opportune to celebrate his grandson 1 year birthday last week.

It's indeed a testimony, so many people are languishing in prison for sins they didn't commit.
Some will not even make it alive to the day of freedom.
While some will be wrongfully convicted.
Let me use your father as a point of contact to those who are being held for crimes they did not commit, may divine intervention happen for them to reunite with their families again, Amen.

In a country that respect it's citizen, they would have compensated him very well.... It's so sad Nigeria is a backward country.

Prison time ain't funny at all particularly for the innocent held up and awaiting trial. The trauma is too terrible to even imagine.

Only in Nigeria will you be on awaiting trial for 10 years, thereafter they'll find u innocent ! Still grant u bail with monetary condition instead of compensating you for your time wasted ! I pray your Dad find strength to forgive the accusers and moreso please you'll all have to be more prayerful and cautius than ever! The people that sent him there won't be happy seeing him out!
