Rochas is in APC
Umahi is in PDP
We have APGA candidates

So they don't have excuse....we wait till 2023 (an interesting year it would be) South go get sense
Sure, SE/ SS is locked for Igbo votes. The Almajiri in upper north and the Yoruba Muslim down in south also have no other choice than to support Igbo presidency as they Igbos have laid their bed very well with those 2

They don't have choice........ Lower middle belt are also for igbo votes... Its left for SW to ecahew their greed, and stupidity and avarice to support SE as a southern partner....failure to do that...

North should retain it for good until Jesus comes or biafra or any of the two

Rubbish

A northern president can give nigeria Restructuring

What yaradua did for nigerdelta during is short stay, Jonathan couldn't match a tenth of it for the region

Anyone that supported, worked for this present satanic goverment doesn't deserve to be President he's an indirect northern oligarchy

Those SW are inconsequential regarding voting. SE has more voters than them..

North don't have to continue cos they are also in support of Igbo presidency in 2023.

How the Igbo elites would put their house in order should be what to watch out for

There is no need to argue about where the president will be coming to in the south, let's learn from northerners, they have produced two presidents from the north west and we never heard from the other northern region that if the north east don't produced president then the south should keep it, no. They are political United despite that some are maginalized and underdeveloped.
The president is supposed to come Down south, regardless of where the presidency is coming let's accept it like that as a southern president that will foster unity among the three southern regions.some Aggrieved citizens In the south east particularly on nairaland do say if the presidency do not come to the south east then the north should keep it. If the north keep on having the president how are we going to be liberated from northern oligarchy? How are will going to achieve restructuring?
Let's support southern presidency irrespective of where he would be coming from.
Southern presidency will foster political unity among the southern tribes. For instance, during obj tenure he appointed lots of igbos In key ministries same as his Yoruba counterpart. Same also goes to Jonathan
Even in Lagos, we have igbos were formee LGA chairman expecially amuwon odofin and so many Igbo councillors. A current Lagos house of rep representing oshodi isolo is an Igbo man Same applies in previous and recent Lagos State government cabinet.
So it will foster unity. I'm neither Igbo nor Yoruba but I'm a southerner and I believe in southern unity
In the same vein, let us also accept any president irrespective of where he comes as long as he can deliver

This has gone beyond the elites it is now regional politics and party politics

Ijaw elites didn't sit for Jonathan
Yoruba elites didn't sit for obasanjo

Beside that the obasanjo time had obasanjo, and olu falae etc contesting

Why must it be igbo?

For the sake of southern political annihilation and also unity of the country the igbo must produce election or this might deepen the disgruntled elements in SE nd don't blame them if they are

So Igbo presidency is sacrosanct as of today... It is beyond the elites

We have those that are seasoned that can deliver from SE people like Mughalu and Umahi

They are educated and seasoned technocrats

Igbo presidency for 2023 or North rule till the time the trumpet would sound and there would be rapture

I saw the sarcastic remarks bro... That is what I am saying... If they don't allow the igbo then IPOB would be happy and they would gain a lot of sympathetic folks especially they the elites and they wouls say.... We told you and warned you

They (Ipob) would be vindicated... Nwanne oya bu otu ọdi...but the problem is that would the Southern politicians see this when they are beclouded by igbo hate

North would even be happier if the south doesn't support an igbo man

This is catch 22 situation nna m.

Why did you not use this same brain in 2015? You handed over Southern chance to the North on a plater because of ethnic hatred and now calling for Southern unity. It is the turn of SE or let North continue. No need crying anyway, PDP is comimg with Atiku and Obi and all SS and SE are united on this option.

i believe in southern Unity too, southern Nigeria if there will be a succession ever.. but any southern presidency candidate that is not appointed from the SE does not mean well to southern unity. Yorubas should know this, they should appoint Umahi, Peter obi or Peter Odili. I don't care about Party but personality that will develop the system.

It’s Igbo Presidency in 2023 or the north can continue.

There’s no need for this rationalization and sophistry because it will never work.

clown number one . Yorubas can get presidency without Igbos support but Igbos can not get presidency without Yorubas supports. Igbos has no political candidate for presidency,Igbo have no political strength to win presidency ,Igbos have no political Bridges with other region in Nigeria . Only what Igbos have is NOISE.Igbos Tribe is a Dot and there is little a Dot can do in a cycle .

Talk is cheap... You have to get to win substantial votes in all the regions before you could be declared president... Can you get these votes in SE and SS

Una go learn how it is being played

So... The best exit for them is support igbo man the way igbo supported obasanjo and Jonathan or let the North rule till second coming of jesus or Biafra
Finally you Igbo guys are playing strategic politics. No need to beg for zoning, just make it clear to the SS and SW that if they dont support SE, you guys will support the North. No abuse, no threats, just cold hard politics. Iam impressed.

Let the PDP zone it to the East first then we can say we will support Igbo presidency. There is no way APC will zone it to a region which hates the party. However, if Igbos in PDP step down for Northerners, is it the fault of Yorubas?
