first of all...is Arcane actually anime?

Anyway I watched slow paced anime so that's not it...
I'm currently watching To Your Eternity which is a masterpiece anime. And I've seen lots of slow paced anime over the years including Eighty-six, Monster, Steins Gate, etc

But arcane felt too slow paced...the 6 episodes would have comfortably been done in 4 episodes imo
Made in Abyss is also very slow paced which gave me issues watching it
