I found this very impressive because it cuts across many discussion points. Most importantly, selection should be strictly based on quality.

How do you know if a player suits a system and can bring the much needed quality?
Attributes. It is strictly about attributes. There are certain standards and criteria players should meet before being selected for a role or callup.

So the NFF needs a system that will make it laser tight to select players. Selection of players should stop being vague but with critical understanding and ticking particular boxes.
