The Ogun State government, in conjunction with the Federal Government has started the rrepair works on the Sango-Ota road.

The governor, In a Facebook post, wrote:

Road repairs have continued on Sango-Ota, with focus on failed portions of the road including the Toll Gate axis totalling about 27km.

The project is collaborative, as it involves the Ogun State Government and the Federal Government with Julius Berger being the lead contractor.

I passed the road yesterday. They are going to lay asphalt. Na quality job Julius Berger are doing. I have never driven my car smoothly on that road in many years, like I did yesterday.

That's very good! We commend Fashola for quickly coming to the rescue of Ogun State on this very all important road. NOW, Can Agent Fashola quickly collaborate with The governor of Abia state to fix the all dilapidated federal roads in Abia state? Especially those that lead to the industrial areas and the international markets? Can Fashola help fix the federal roads that link Anambra and Imo States? Or that of Enugu and Anambra states, where he has been very good at taking pictures since 2015!? He won't and that's the problem with Nigeria! These roads are worse than those at Otta or Lagos and Fashola knows. But they're consciously allowed to go bad by the federal government.... The utilization of bad roads as an evil means of devaluing the economic viability of South East States in Nigeria, especially under this evil regime, is nothing but a crime against humanity...

With the way the area is prone to heavy flooding, I even think laying interlock at the much flooded area followed by expansion of the drainage system will be okay.

Heard Julius Berger is handling it. They're household name known with quality

Dapo Abiodun is a big liar, Lagos Abeokuta express way including Sango is currently reconstructed by the Federal Govt under the Sukuk project. Julius berger are the contractors, Ogun State govt is not involved. Dapo Abiodun is a big scam.
