There are people that can do this perfectly if you can afford the right materials...

A good example is the tv console by NEXT....the cost is an ALARM but NO furniture maker on the street will go that extra mile.......

Lekki/Ajah builds nowadays follow the same pattern and rhythm. Very predictable architecture.

I follow timeless and classic masterpiece from top naija design architects that do the magic without traditions.

Look at the creative use of cantilevered slab on this Ikoyi build and the preferred choice of fascia board over the popular concrete fascia (parapet). One would assume the owner is not rich or maybe can’t afford the popular concrete fascia but his name is “Mike Adenuga”
