The Church is supposed to be a sacred place where Christians gather to worship God under the mentorship of a leader either called a Pastor or Church founder.

In recent times what I see in most Churches where I go to for worship is appalling.

*I see many Men of God showcasing 'power' in form of miracle to attract more members to the Church.

*I See money, much money, exchange hands from members most often, to the Church founders or owners.

The question is: Have we traded the Church for financial gains?

It is a very serious question. My marriage certificate was not given to me asap as the tradition is until I packaged something for the laiety. And this is even in a very strong old time church o. I'll , from my personal experiences, say, some of these so called churches are mere business centres

The fact that other Christians have erred from the faith does not excuse you for doing the same. You know you are not accountable before God for the actions of
others. You are accountable, however, for your own actions , and especially for your response to Christ's offer to die in your place.

Every day all over the world cruel manipulation takes place by people deceitfully using the word 'love'. The result is much cynicism, hurt and distrust. Yet the
counterfeit never invalidates the genuine. Just as unscrupulous people have discovered the exploitive power of the word 'love,' some have discovered the word 'Jesus'. But people only counterfeit things of value.

When you mix with the wrong group, your faith could be corrupted.

There is no such thing as the right group. All your churches and cults are built on the doctrines and the of men which Jesus Christ warned you were lies and an abomination where the Truth of God is concerned- Matthew 15 vs 1 - 14 .

All your churches are nothing but 'glorified' social clubs/business.

They are all of them 'glorified' social clubs, business to strengthen the kingdoms of the men who run then.
