David got into the habit of marrying many wives and concubines that he ended up snatching the wife of one of his servants and killing that servant .Just so that he could add a wife to his harem. And God dealt with him well well for that.

Plus he passed the habit to his son who married wives upon wives who turned him away from God.

Let's not even talk about the rivalry in David s family manifested by the deaths of Absalom and Adonijah and Ammon.

Plus the Bible is clear..A bishop should be the husband of one wife. So unless bishop is marrying this girl to replace a wife who died he is going against scripture

in this end time, if you are a Christian, run your race and have a personal relationship with God. It is very difficult to see true men of God and churches which preach the truth. See child abuse happening right inside the church. The 18yr old girl is probably from poor background and needs financial help, why not simply empower her and leave her to marry her age mates. A man old enough to be her great great grandfather.
