Bank account balance or any legit property .. it's nothing serious just declare what you have .. is just a clue for them to know you have something

Don't regret it. You will still get your passport.

Yes, abk passport is different from Lag passport but that's not the reason for the unavailability. It's their corrupted system! Those in Lagos(and almost every state at that) also have their own tales.
