The constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria is so supreme infact there is a section that says any law or rules or Constitution of any other body that comes into conflict with what the CONSTITUTION says is null and void

In other words if you like whether secret service whether Buhari private police navy, Air Force, marine , if there is any law or rule or section or decree within that body constitution that dares contradict the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria it is NULL AND VOID with immediate effect

Any other thing contrary to this is pure illegality

For someone in the military, I think he messed up with the excessive skits and all he was doing on social media, considering the fact that the Nigerian military is not like the American military where you can enjoy such privileges. He should have known the consequences of his actions.

No Ordinary seaman is the lowest rank in non commissioned officer.
The rank that equates a Sublieutenants in the Army is the Midshipman

Social media comedian or skit maker doesn't look like a good choice of side hustle to a Military career in present day Nigeria. I have watched one of his skits where a supposed female officer had him manhandled by her military boys for admiring her big behind and following her around. That is bad PR for the Nigerian Military because it is portraying them negatively.
Cute Abiola should either resign or find another more suitable side hustle.
